I was fortunate to stay at Motel Kimball for several months last year while working on a construction project. The motel is a gem; great rates for recently renovated rooms that are clean and comfortable. The owners, Amie and Mary Sue, are two of the nicest and conscientious people you will ever meet. Some nice touches include a gazebo in front with some gas grills, tables and benches. Definitely check it out if you need a place to stay in Kimball!

Words aren’t enough. Amie and Mary Sue took such good care of me when I was there. The room I had was more like an apartment with two rooms, a kitchen and a living area. Super fantastic. Clean. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I will stay here every time I come home. A great place for a family to stay the night or 2! My family enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be back. The owners where super accommodating. Even looked up the weather for me when we booked! Comfortable beds, clean rooms and very dog friendly. The park across the street was a great place to take the kids and dogs for a stretch. Close to everything Kimball has to offer and easy to get to from the highway. Thank you so much!!!!,

Great experience! MarySue was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable, sheets and linens clean. Carpet was clean. The room did Not have that old used room smell. We enjoyed our stay, if we get back that way again we will stay at the Motel Kimball.

I have never felt so welcome. Mrs Mary and Mrs Aimee are 2 of the most gentle women I have ever had the pleasure to come in contact with. I was welcomed with a smile and a hug. My room is super clean and very comfy cozy. I would recommend Motel Kimball to EVERYONE. COME STAY YOU WILL LOVE IT🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A wonderful place to stay! I’ve stayed there three times now after having no place to stay after losing my mother, and Motel Kimball has been my home away from home! It’s super clean, comfortable, and the beds are so comfortable! Mary Sue and Amie (the owners) are very accommodating and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pets are welcome as well! I consider it a hidden gem that my husband and I accidentally stumbled onto and couldn’t be happier with our find!

Awesome. The owners, Amie and Mary Sue are such welcoming and warm people. You can tell they really care about their motel. I found this motel online when searching for a place to stay while on my Harley trip from Washington State to Tennessee. This is one of the cleanest, nicest little motels along my stay. I will definitely return should I choose this route to ride in the future. The rooms are super clean and the rates are very reasonable. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't be disappointed. Also, very biker friendly for those travelling on motorcycles.

A little spendier than I expected, but the room was comfortable and warm. Staff was great, and thankfully it's right next door to both a grocery store and an auto parts. My pickup decided it didn't want to start, and the parts store was instrumental in getting me back in the move. The room was provided with a place to put snowy footwear, which is a great thought by the management.I guess they recently bought this facility and have put quite a bit of money into it, so I can buy the nightly rate. This is a good place to stop if you're driving highway 30.

I was there as a visitor to a friend that came to visit my hometown and stayed there. They don't make there guests feel comfortable when they are watching who comes to visit there guests. They watch constantly and want to make you register as a visitor when they just come to just say hi and visit for a bit. I don't recommend this Motel unless you want the feeling your being stalked!!My friend won't be back!!

Do not hesitate to stay here. I stayed twice in the past month and will certainly do so again. New owners, newly renovated, and super clean. I don't know about anybody else but I for one so appreciate the locally owned family businesses that are unfortunately hard to come by anymore. Chains just don't do it for me.Right across the street from this motel is a very nice big park that my wife and I strolled around in. We needed a good walk after a long drive. And we swung on the swings.Please support locally owned businesses! America needs them!

So grateful for the owners Amie and Mary Sue. We had a glitch on the road and they gave us a discount on a great room and bought us food till we could get back on the road. They refused to take any money for the food. The rooms were excellent and very clean!!! Was such a wonderful experience there. I highly recommend this being a place to stay if you are in the area. They take such pride in their business!!!

Love Motel Kimball! Clean, quiet, incredible friendly professional Staff! Great respectable proper fair price. (Nice to get away from big city overpricing.) Great restaurants near by, Kimball Market a few doors down from Motel Kimball, so stocking refrigerator during snow storm stay was quick & easy! Lovely park across the road for my dog to stretch his legs. 5 STAR Motel to us!♥️😊👍

This was the best customer service I have probably ever received. The room was small with older furniture (kinda reminded me of my college dorm room) but it was very CLEAN, the price was great, it was comfortable, and the lady that runs the place is incredibly sweet and really goes the extra mile. She loved my little girl and gave her cookies. I will definitely stop here again while traveling that direction!

These people are thieves! They go in your room only to go through your things! They don't clean rooms or even provide free towels or take out the trash. They move your things from one room to the other without permission! Stay away!

The room was clean, big and the bed comfortable. There was a fridge and microwave which was helpful since there was no breakfast. However there was an over powering smell of Febreeze. It was below zero outside but the heater was so noisy that we had to turn it off through the night. We couldn't plug the computer in to recharge because the outlets were only 2 prong - OLD.The Golf course was recommended as the place to go for dinner and it was excellent.I guess you get what you pay for - it was cheap!

Am from N.C going to Oregon stopped at many motels this is by far the friendliest one. Great cheap price yet a beautiful room and wonderful bathroom with nice tub shower. Sweetest and most courteous people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They even shoveled the snow behind the car. If you are in the area definitely worth the stop!

This motel was clean and comfortable. The women at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room has a fridge and microwave which was a nice touch. The walls between the rooms are cinder block, so the room was very quiet. I'd stay here again anytime!
