The pharmacy here has become absolutely horrendous, they never get any of my perscriptions right, or they fail to refill my auto refills and then have to verify all of my information when I am forced to get an emergency refill because they screwed up (which has happened way too many times). I'm convinced that I, with no medical or pharmaceutical experience, could do their jobs better. It's basic customer service, order filling, etc. How the hell is it so hard for them?

Every time I come to pick up a prescription, they never fail to mess something up on it. From contacting the wrong physician, giving me the wrong medication, wrong dosage, refusing to add both of my insurances making it cost much more, sour attitudes; something always happens. Switching pharmacies asap and I recommend you do too. Don’t waste your time or money

They are out of my husband's prescription every month. It's a controlled substance that not a lot of people take and yet, they can't remember to order it. I asked nicely why it's always out of stock (because I thought there might be a shortage or some other explanation) and the guy just told me to transfer to another pharmacy. Even the employees know the place is terrible. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer since 2008, but after 3 years of getting wrong prescriptions, prescriptions being out of stock, prescriptions never being ready on time even if you order days in advance, insurance information being screwed up monthly, and an employee telling me to take my business elsewhere, I just might.Edited to add we switched to Usave and haven't had any issues.

Unprofessional and unorganized. We called three times (2 weeks before, day before, morning of) for passport photos to sure make an hour before our passport appointment at 10:30am was sufficient amount of time and was told yes each time. However when we showed up, we were rudely told that that was not possible and they would not be able to have them printed until evening at the earliest. So now have to cancel passport appointment we scheduled weeks in advance. (post office photo services were down.)

I placed an order on the Walgreen's app for in-store pick up. When I showed up and told the employee I was there for an in-store order pickup, she asked me if I had placed the order online, if it was a curbside pickup, or if I had it shipped to the store from online. The item I had ordered was not in stock, so it was replaced with an additional item, but I did not want the replacement. I get that item counts can be off in a large inventory in chain stores like Walgreens, but I was not impressed with the staff. When I tried to explain that there were similar items to what I had ordered, but that they would not ring up at the same price, she told me "No, what I replaced your item with is the same price." I explained that I understood the item was the same price, but the item that was truly comparable to what I had ordered was probably not going to ring up the same, and I would just cancel my order. It's a cold day outside, and the holidays are stressful, but a little less huff-and-puff, and a little more customer service goes a long way. Target, Hyvee, and 5 Below have way more personable employees.

The day of a snow storm (15+ in) I got pink eye. My doctor put in a prescription. I called twice to make sure it was ready and was told the second time it would be a 30-45 min wait. I braved the weather and passed many people who were stuck on the way to pick up my meds. I showed up about an hour from the second call only to be told “We just got the prescription order in, it will be a while.” After telling them I spoke to them twice on the phone, they denied ever talking to me. I am now sitting in the middle of a snowstorm waiting for them to put some medication into an envelope. I will be speaking with the manager

Had to pick up meds for strep, prescription was called in at 10 am and didn’t get my FIRST item (pre packaged box) until 4:30pm, and then didn’t get my SECOND item until 5:30 pm. Why not just get it done and over with in 1 shot? ESPECIALLY when your drive thru line takes 1.5 hours to get through because you can’t open your 2nd lane (inside isn’t much better). Pharmacy staff was extremely rude, slow, incompetent. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. There should be no reason you have 10 people work back there, and it be that slow. Unimpressed and only put one star because I had to.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have had countless issues with this pharmacy over these last two years that I’ve lived here. My providers don’t even like using Walgreens because they screw things up. I got new insurance and they can’t take the insurance information through the drive through, though other pharmacies can. They told me I needed to come inside after explaining to them that I had a sick baby in the car. I just switched all of my scripts over to Hyvee and they have been great so far- but to mention cheaper! I will never use Walgreens again- it’s a joke!

If you like waiting hours and making three (3) separate return trips to pick up one (1) prescription then this is the pharmacy for you . they will offer you a seat but there were no available chairs. Also remember to keep asking if your order is ready because they do not think to call your name when it is. They finally saw me sitting (well, standing) there at closing time and asked me what I was waiting for...

Google said it was open 24 hours (confirmed 9 weeks prior), so we took our kid to immediate care for a strep testing on the other side of the road. When we came to pick up the prescription for antibiotics (we were told it will take an hour) the pharmacy was closed. Walgreens associate did not know when they will reopen.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Worst Pharmacy in town by leagues. Walgreens must be the bottom scraper that is fine with accepting the pharmacists every other pharmacy rejects. There is literally no words to describe how awful my experiences have been over the past year with them. Impossible to get meds on time, drive thru is a complete joke, good luck ever talking to someone on the phone, budget in about an hour if you want to even speak to anyone when you go into the store (usually to be met with another hour of waiting for them to actually give you your order). At this point, why even have a pharmacy section in your store? It barely functions. I can't imagine if people were very dependent on their medication and tried using this awful excuse of professional business. Likely would be better of going to a pharmacy staffed by 13 year olds.

Hate hate hate this pharmacy. Only one in town that demands authorization with insurance. I pay with my hsa anyway. So i call around for a medicine that's always out of stock. They have some. I immediately call the doctor who immediately submits the order. Then half a day later they send me an automated message that they can't fill the order until insurance authorization is complete. So then they bump me out of line for the medicine apparently, because I call immediately and tell them it's cash pay. Show up to pick it up and they gave it to the next in line. This place is such a waste of time.

Posting on the pharmacy window said 9am-9pm. They decided to close at 6pm instead. Not open Labor Day…which I get for some places but a pharmacy? When the store is open already they should be too. Going on two days without meds. Will be transferring script. I’ve stayed loyal through every other issue but this crosses the line when I’m missing out on medication doses.

I came to pick up a prescription and was told to come back later so they could fill it because apparently it wasn’t automatic refill. Came back a half hour later and was told they wouldn’t have it in until Wednesday. Don’t see why they couldn’t have checked when I was there the first time, very frustrating. They are always unorganized and unprofessional. I will be finding a different place to get my prescription.

Had the dr call a script in by 10am took till 415pm to get it filled. Worst part it wasn't even a bottle of pills just a pre-packaged box so why does it take over 6hrs to pull it off the shelf and slap a label on it? Last time I ever use this place ever again!!! Slow and seems like the staff has no drive to even attempt a speedy service !!!!

The only reason I'm giving them a star is so I can post my complaint. Worst. Pharmacy. In. Town! I dropped my prescription off after lunch and drove half an hour home with the intent on my husband picking it up with another prescription after his class later in the evening. My husband picks up one medication and is told that they can't even find the prescription that I dropped off! After I call, he asks me to describe the paper it was on, seriously? OK.... Oh, it was misfiled, sorry...... Yea, I'm a half an hour away and instead of looking for the damn prescription or better yet, filling it when it was actually dropped off, they misfiled it and sent my husband on his way without it, then he had the nerve to tell me, after asking to speak with the manager, 'there's no one to deliver it'.... Yea, duh! Btw, the manager never answered the page for my phone call. I'm filling a formal complaint with corporate and DHHS, this is not the first time their unprofessional staff has dropped the ball. Don't waste your time or effort here, go somewhere else!

Medication was always withheld and I was told it wasn’t covered by my insurance when I knew it was. Switched over to USave pharmacy and now have no problem getting medication.

Made my post-labor wife and newborn from the hospital wait for 3 hours for a prescription with an 1 1/2 hour drive home. Told us it would be ready at 1:30, we pull up at 1:30 and throw a sign up saying gone to lunch. Awful service for a tired family.

This is the worst Walgreens in history. Wait time is atrocious, staff are carefree liars. They give incorrect meds and doses, and jack prices up for ppl with insurance, and change prices every 30 days. They even mislabeled one of my meds, go somewhere else for your own safety.

I just came in to buy a card and gift card and the lady at the register told me I couldn’t use my credit card to purchase a gift card??? Uhhhh I’ve used my credit card at this very Walgreens to purchase several gift cards in the past. 🤷🏼♀️ Never had a problem till today so I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is criminal shorted my father's pain killer prescription 2 months in a row. They apparently only count shoulder movements on the video feed. You can't even see the medication being "counted in five's". Thieve's he'll sure miss your what he needs for your good time.

If your hours for the pharmacy during the week are until 7 pm then I expect you to be open when I get there before 6, and wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Happened the last two days! If the hours posted aren't correct, then change them to what they actually are! Tired of wasting my time!

Mask signs posted, but employees at registers were not wearing them properly. Over half of clientele were not wearing any at all and no one did or said a thing. Will not be returning and will encourage others to take their business somewhere more responsible.

My wife went In to ask the pharmacist about some over the counter meds, she waited in line for about ten minutes when she was finally able to talk to them. They were apparently upset with her for asking them about over the counter meds and acted like she wasted their time. Find a new career if you can't answer simple questions... Glad Kearney has many other options than this dump

Drive through is slow slow slow. Better not hope you need that medication to live because it’s gonna take them a half an hour per car to get your order. Ridiculous and poorly ran.

I go there to rent movies from the Redbox in most cases. But sometimes I am forced to buy something there and it costs an arm and a leg and I am not joking I haven't had a cashier or employee smile or even look remotely happy ONCE. It is a last resort even over Wal-Mart and that's saying alot.

Now I know why I see so many bad comments about this place. And it's not joke. This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy ever!!I was here today 2/27/2021 and had a VERY BAD experience I'm not coming back never again, the MANAGER at the night shift is so unprofessional and disrespectful, so much that she literally yelled at me.
