Great service. The owner worked with me when I was setting up my aquarium. He let me return the fish that were not compatible and exchange them until we found the perfect tank mates for my betta. Took three trips to figure it out. Very patient and even gave me an extra fish for free. It's been two months and all the fish and shrimp in my tank are alive and healthy. Thank you!

LOVE LOVE LOVE stopping in at the Pet Kingdom! I always have had FANTASTIC customer service! The owner always has a answer to all my questions. My kids love visiting the store and the employees always make us feel welcome, sometimes even letting the kids feed the giant Parrot fish :) The selection of fish is outstanding and the what they don't have available for me they order right away! Nothing beats small town customer service.

We got our entire fish tank set up there. We have always had good guidance from them and always walk out with more, quality fish for our tank. As far as the smell in the other comments...guys, they sell animals and have like 50 full tanks in there. What did you expect?

I have been to pet kingdom many time and prefer them by far over petsmart or any of the other big chain stores. now that they under new management it has been good. the cages and tanks were clean and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. will definitely be returning.

When I walked in there nobody was there to help, after waiting 10 minutes to get assistance. They saw us and didn’t even ask us if we needed anything or greet us, I went upstairs to tell the guy I needed fish, he snapped. Saying I had to wait and he couldn’t be two places at once. He was very rude and told me to go somewhere else then. He didn’t even try to apologize, I never have been treated so rudely by an employee. I’ve worked in stores and the customer is always first, I wouldn’t have minded waiting even more than I already did if he was nice about it. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER !

I have always been treated respectfully there. The owners are able to answer any question I've had about my various pets and... they are great people. I will continue to go there for my pet supplies and will recommend Pet Kingdom to anyone I know that is searching for a excellent pet store.

I'll be honest with yea, they have great staff and are very helpful, but the fish are always a hit an miss with how long they'll last. This is my second time now that my fish survive a couple days before dying. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Decent products my boyfriend and I go in there often to get guppies and he's usually very pleased I've gotteb two hermit crabs from them no complaints I other than the smell when you first walk in.

Kern is really nice and helpful. I have a 65 gallon, a 55 gallon, and a 10 gallon tank and he has everything I need. If there is something there that you want and he doesn't have he can order it for you

HORRIBLE! Me and my fiance and his brothers came into the Pet store looking for hermit crabs, we saw puppies in the window so naturally we went to go pet them. Then a employee comes in there and yells "DID YOU PUT HAND SANITIZER ON?!" "uh no sir we didnt know we had to." "WELL DID YOU EVEN GET PERMISSION TO BE IN HERE?!" "uh the door was open this is our first time here..."So freaking rude! then as we went into the store we noticed that there was only 1 crab and WAAYYYY overpriced! as we started to leave my fiance saw a sign that said "you may only pet the puppies if you are going to buy one."Ridiculous! not to mention the place was waaayyyy out dated and smelled worse than the average pet store!Horrible employeesHorrible smellHorrible pricesHorrible experience!

Employees are rude, place is dirty, never have what we need in stock, overpriced for what they do have. Went in there a few times, bad experience every time. One time, they had their kid sitting in the goldfish tank. Haha wish I was joking.
