My husband and I were very pleased that they were open on a Saturday as many vet's are closed. This was not our normal place to take our pets so the Dr.s and staff were not familiar with our pet but they did a very good job to make us and our pet feel welcome. It was nice to not have to pay an emergency vet fee. Thank you to the dr. and staff. Five stars for getting us in short notice and helping us. Misha says a huge thank you and so dose his momma and dad.

Paola saved our dog Coco. She went above and beyond to do everything to find out what was wrong and make her better. She was wonderful with her and I felt like she treated her like her own. We love Hilltop so much!

If you are looking for a vet that truly cares about your pets this is NOT the vet to choose. This is the most awful vets office I have ever dealt with. The finance department (Roz is her name) and Dr. Beck are truly awful people. The communication in this office is the worst. They charged us double what they had quoted us without any warning. We ended up having to put our pet down less than one week after him going to this vets office because of their carelessness. They are also opening a different office and I plan to leave a review when that one opens also. Like I said, if you want someone who cares about your pets this is NOT the place to go.

Dr. Neil is gone now (retired) bur he was the reason I tried this place to begin with. After doing everything I could and going to multiple vets about my GSD's allergies, he was the first to offer a real solution and not simply push Science Diet at me. Then I met the Beebouts. Wow. These two have animal passion oozing out their ears. They are amazing at their job and treat my furry babies as they would their own. Then there's the assistance staff who are all amazing and so kind, especially if one is facing pet loss. I love these people with my whole heart because of who they are and all they've done for my pets.

I would not use them for a emergency we had our dog there on 5/292023And Dr. Brad Adrian should not be taking care of anyone’s petAnd when I called to talk about this with Dr Beebout he does not have time to make a call back to me to discuss the issue. I do understand that they are busy with other pets. He could of called to just discuss what had happened on Monday the 29th but instead he had someone else call me and lie to me and it appears that Dr Adrian seems to have a problem with what a emergency is my dog would of died if I would of left him there

In regards to Dr. Brad Adrian. We contacted this vet for an emergency visit through the on call emergency vet services as our dog was having a severe episode. Dr. Brad Adria over the phone had complete apathy for the situation and stated “Well do you want to come in or not” We did go to the clinic and were greeted by a physically shaking Dr. B Adrian that proceeded to tell my fiancé and I that he “did not have to come in and I could have said good luck, we’ll see you tuesday and let your dog die”. He then proceeded to be incredibly condescending as we expressed our dog has had similar episodes. He mockingly said “and he didnt die? So do you really think this is an emergency?” He then told us to either “behave” or take our dog and leave. We were incredibly uncomfortable and did not feel safe leaving our dog in his hands. I would NEVER in a million years trust an animal in his care for fear of retaliation due to his seeming inability to maintain professional and understand when a pet owner is distressed.

Great place to take your fur babies!!!!!! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and very welcoming. The do a great job of taking care of any issues that plague your pet from routine shot's to having to say goodbye to that special friend.

Great staff who really give good care. I love the Beebouts. They are great, caring veterinarians! The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. My dog actually enjoys going there! Years ago, they actually saved my Xena (who lived to be 14 years old) due to having an ultrasound machine.I was told by another veterinarian that no pet clinic in Kearney had one. It was a good thing I checked this out before putting my dog to sleep! Check them out. You will be glad you did!

They really care for your pets and for you. They have taken the best care of 4 of my dogs now, through surgery, cancer, and hospice... offering options and access to specialists when needed, I will never go elsewhere as long as Dr. Beebout runs it.

I was driving across the country with my two cats and one of them was having a difficult time on the road. I was able to schedule an appointment with Hilltop Pet Clinic immediately and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Excellent service for an excellent price. Highly recommended.

One of our parrotlets has been losing feathers and is pretty naked. Called and took her in. The vet handled her so gently, and they took feather and skin samples. They called me later and asked me to collect some poop samples, and the vet tech met me half way, (we live about 50 mins away, and picked it up after she got off work.I was very impressed with the whole experience. They are very nice, and explain things very well. I appreciate that kind of service.

This is the best vet ever! Dr. Neil and all the staff are very nice and caring. Dr. Neil is very intelligent, and I have always had the best service for my 4 cats. I live an hour away from Hilltop Pet Clinic, but it is well worth the drive!

Dr. Adrian treated my pup like his own. He listened to me and did a full exam to find the problem. She needed emergency surgery. And he pulled through on that. They are amazing at Hilltop.

You cannot beat their prices. They were very accommodating to us as well. We were driving in from out of town. We were running a bit late and they waited for us before they closed. Our pup was very well taken care in the time he was there and we have to come back soon so we will definitely use the again.

I’m not from the area, but my parents live in the area and recommended Dr. Neil to me after many unpleasant experiences with my Shiba in our home city. He is the most caring, helpful, and knowledgeable vet We’ve been to. Even though my Shiba still has massive vet anxiety, the team here goes above and beyond to accommodate her anxiety, and do everything they can to ease her fear. Dr. Neil even calls to check on her after our visits. I have a lot of peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. We now include her vet visits in our visits back home. Thank you Dr. Neil and Hilltop for taking such good care of my girl!

I cannot say that I am satisfied with this clinic, the impression is created that they are trying to earn as much money as possible from the client. I also do not recommend leaving the animal there with an overnight stay, because it seems to me that they do not walk the dog three times a day for 15 minutes as they promise, since when I took my dog, her bed was in urine.

I believe that hilltop vet clinic needs more than 5 stars.I cannot Express my gratitude enough to EVERYONE at Hilltop pet clinic for helping my baby Gus while watching over him and keeping him comfortable. I'm very hopeful we will finally get the answers we've been searching for, for far to long. I had an emergency situation with my 8YO German Shepherd, and Dr. Neil and his staff were WONDERFUL. She developed a case of GDV (AKA bloat), and they got her into emergency surgery on a Saturday evening. The surgery went well, and the post-operative care was top notch! Dr. Beebout is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Always takes time to thoroughly explain things, offer options regarding treatment, and takes time to listen to concerns! If there's something he might not know the answer to, he will research and do whatever is necessary to get the answers.
