My boyfriend and I came to this clinic at 6AM on Tuesday for a emergency. However our cat ended up passing away before she could be helped. The vet that was on call was very sympathetic and answered all of our questions. Instead of getting the cremated remains back, we had a paw print made instead. The only complaint we had is who ever made it spelled our cats name completely wrong, which is a bummer. We wished they would have verified the spelling before making it or asked if we wanted it on there. I ended up calling and going back a few days later and the ladies were kind enough to give me a ball of clay to fix the mistake. I did appreciate that a lot.

Great place for medical issues for your pet. The Barking Barber shop inside is great. They clean and pamper your pet for their bath.

Dr Francis was very helpful in treating our dog. She gave us all of the options for treatment and when the time came when there was nothing more to be done, she was very professional and compassionate. Cottonwood and Dr Francis have always made us feel like we were their priority. We are truly blessed to have them care for our four legged kids.

My gun dog suffered a laceration to her leg and had multiple cuts on all of her paws from hunting on the Missouri River. I bandaged the wound and kept an eye on it on the drive back home, but one of her paws was swelling badly. I called Cottonwood for an emergency appointment. They got my pup in right away and took such good care of her. They explained the entire procedure to me before giving my dog a few stitches and cleaning the wound. The vet was very thorough and made sure I knew how to administer the medications to my dog. A couple of hours later and my dog is in a better mood and her paw is looking much better. This pup is more than just a dog. She’s my hunting partner and means the world to me. I’m so glad that Cottonwood provided me with great service and took fantastic care of my partner in the blind. Thank you guys so much.

Dr Cash was wonderful! She spent so much time with me and my cat Tiny. She's thorough, empathetic, kind, and really went above and beyond to make our first visit go as smoothly as possible. It's obvious she really cares about the animals she treats, and their families. We are new to the area, but I won't take our pets anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing techs and Doctors! They truly care about your fur babies and will do whatever they can to help! Everyone in that building has huge hearts and it shows! Dr. Wachal helped fix my cats bilateral cherry eyes and helps me control my dogs anxiety and allergies! The Owner and office manager are always there to help as well and are such amazing people! I called this morning to see if I could get my pup in ASAP. He had been throwing up a lot. They told me they had an opening in 15 minutes! I got there and we were seen right away. They ran their tests and checked him out and determined a possible food allergy. They even gave us an almost full bag of hypoallergenic food for us to try for free! They could have just gave us a small sample of it but their kind hearts gave us the whole bag! Such a great place to bring your pets. They do care and do all they can!

Clean but pricey. Dr.Tramp was the only reason I'd have come here. When my dog was stolen last year, I needed paperwork for court and they refused to help. Visiting town this week made me think about it. Expect to take your dog to another vet if something urgent comes up as about half the time you need to see someone same day they tell you to go somewhere else. Might as well go to Hilltop since they are cheaper and have always gotten me in same day.

Great Veterinary Clinic. The staff there always care about your animal. The same thing goes for the pet boarding and groomers. They have all been fantastic. Yes, you will spend a little bit more going to this Veterinary Clinic but you get what you pay for 100%.

I called them at 5pm which according to their website says they are open until 6pm to ask them a question about my pets spay incision site and as soon as i started asking the woman who answered interrupted me and said “you are calling after hours sir do you feel this is an emergency?” I was kind of annoyed for being rudely interrupted and told her no I guess it is not. And she then said “well then you’ll need to call back between 8am-6pm tomorrow.” So the only day you can’t be bothered with a simple question after 5 is Tuesday? If you’re closed then update your website.

Unfortunately the first visit to the clinic was to say goodbye to my beloved Ralphie dog. The staff and vet were extremely supportive and handled the situation with care and grace. I'd recommend them to anyone needing care for their pets.

Good place reasonable prices dog grooming. Dog kennel and dog care for when u go out of town . Excellent Doctors. My vet was a very thorough. Her mane is Dr.Morgon Wachal, and her technical nurses nice. Especially the guy with beautiful blue eyes!

Used the kennel for the first time and they advertised approx $16 per day. When we got there they required a flu shot and they said our dog needed two shots at $25 per shot, then other services were add on's like playing in the yard. We were also a few months late on one shot so that was another fee. Our overnight fee ended up about $90. Then about a week later our dog got sick which costed another $100+. The virus was most likely from the overnight stay. I understand there is a risk with boarding your pets but this experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

I have always received great customer service, don't think I've ever waited more than 5 or maybe 10 minutes. Vets are always happy to explain meds and procedures and to counsel on alternatives. PLUS they have been very supportive of Husker's Hope Dachshund Rescue, treating back injuries, extreme dental disease (one dental took 4 hours!), behavioral issues, you name it.

A one stop shop vet. Grooming, boarding and vet all in one location. You can combine services as needed. Downside: they push unnecessary procedures. As long as you do your research, and get only what you feel your pet needs, this place is fine.

Take your pets here if you want uncertainty, and to be treated rudely by their staff. Dr o'connor needs to learn how to actually deal with a customer who is upset that their pup is dying, versus trying to gouge as much money as possible.
