Paid $149 to fix the self-propelled mechanism. First thing I tried to see if it was working. NO good.They lied about it said it was working when it went out the door. How could it of been working out the door if they can't fix it. This ACE has gone down hill.

These guys were all wonderful. Not only did they talk to both me and my son. They were supper nice and knowledge able when asked questions. Like where things were, if what I picked would work for my task and about a new candy. I will definitely return.

I always find neat things here and usually they always have exactly what I am looking for. Today I got my seed potatoes, I got Easter basket stuffers for both my son and daughter and I even found something for my secret sister at church. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Will never ever return to this store again!When they changed management a couple years ago the store had gone downhill. The manger now Kris is the real reason why this store is going in the wrong direction anything that upsets her she comes back and retaliates on the employees that work there.She has no personality what so ever!!Maybe you should look back and see how many employees she’s fired since she took over as manager of the kearney store. Come on Jelinek change things or you’ll be the next business in kearney going underFire Kris Berney!!!

They do a fine job of stocking products you need and are always helpful. I'm ok with spending extra just so I don't have to set foot in the big stores.

This is a clean, well stocked, friendly store. When we need small quantities of nails or other hardware items, Ace is the place!! Other places make you buy in large quantities but at Ace you can get the quantity you need. I go there for Wilton supplies that you can't find elsewhere.

I always enjoy shopping at Ace Hardware. They usually stock what I am shopping for. I am a bargain shopper and enjoy their clearance items. Customer service is good. The store is neat and clean. I like shopping for gardening supplies and nursery stock.

I purchased a riding lawn mower from here years ago. I had them service it for the first couple years, but when they delivered it to the wrong address I couldn't believe it. Fortunately, my neighbor was nice enough to call me and have me walk down and pick it up. When I tried to call to discuss the service, I ended up with an endless wait for the store Manager (twice). I simply gave up on them for lawn care as their service levels were extremely poor. They don't sell or service lawn mowers anymore which is probably for the best.

Out of business. Nothing left at this location. With other stores with same name. Why weren't the very few items left transferred to another store instead of a waste of my time when I could have gone elsewhere to begin with?
