I popped in Willis Animal Clinic on 5/11/22 w/o an appointment and a black mouth cur suffering from an ear infection. The staff and Dr. Philip were gracious enough to fit us into their busy schedule and effectively treat and dispense meds. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to thank them for their kindness and professionalism.Thank y’all at Willis Animal Clinic and God bless!Chad & Dixie

Always a good experience! Everyone who works there is so kind. Anytime I come in I’m greeted with smiling faces! I love that they remember my cats! They’re only in when need be, and they still remember little things about them! My cat got really sick over the weekend and he worked with me to get my cat the help he needed to get through the weekend and feeling better! They’re also good at keeping you informed! I came in with a kitten that was found frozen and I appreciated how much he explained to be about the process of everything! In the end she just lost a piece of her tail and it fell off naturally!

We took our dog here after she passed away and I cannot say enough good things about them. Kind, compassionate, above and beyond service. The staff and Dr care incredibly for both your pets and you and understand indepth the relationship between our fur babies and us as humans. The Dr even spent extra time with my son talking to him and listening to him and giving him comfort and encouragement.

Everyone here is amazing. So kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. They have done everything from taking care of my newborn kitten to helping my suffering old dog pass more peacefully. They care so much and understand animals and humans as well. Even if a drive to get there, the care is worth it.

The staff is friendly. The vet is always nice to you and your pet. My dog had surgery to remove one of his eyes. He is also deaf and blind and 13 years old. He is doing very well.

Started with my cats there this year. He is so good about care for my foster cats. Very good and caring about all of my cats. Well worth the short drive. Such nice people there. Recommend him highly.

Dr. Phil and his staff are so genuinely involved and tuned in to the needs of our pets. The doctor met us just at midnight as it was turning to Christmas day to xray our 4 month old female Italian Greyhounds leg. It was broke and he had to sedate her to set it. He was so loving and nurturing to her that I determined right then that he would always be out Vet. By the way, we were at his shop until 2 am and he never made us feel uncomfortable or that we may have inconvenienced him. He was more than happy to help our fur baby.

So far I have only been there once. I absolutely loved the vet. I had issues before with the local vets being condescending and rude and just acting like they don't care, not this vet. He knew what he was doing. The inside might not be what you expect (no stainless steel table that I am used to) but the table they have to put him on worked! I am 100% going there again!

I did not have a regular vet in the area. On a Saturday my geriatric dog began having multiple seizures. No local vet would see her/not their patient. Willis Vet would. It was decided to euthanize. He said a prayer for her. Best ever.

I have taken my dogs, and cats here for years, ever since a vet in town told me my pregnant dog had tumors, and wanted to euthanize her. She was 2 years old at the time. Turned out she gave birth to 13 puppies. I will not take my animals anywhere else...

Willis animal clinic is a awesome clinic. I have been goin here for yrs. They welcome u with open arms, caring smiles and loving hearts. I feel safe to leave my animal over night n knowing they will be taken care of properly. When u call they will answer ur questions. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs one.

Not taking new patients, I called with an emergency they suggested driving 2 hours….. I don’t know why they wouldn’t recommend a closer vet. We live 6 miles from this office our normal vet wasn’t close enough for the emergency.

Even though this Vet is located a little ways out of town, it is more than worth it to make the drive! They are very caring, compassionate and gentle.
