Prices on some items are extreme (ie;$20 for a generic birthday cake with no custom details). In southwest Nebraska it is nice to have an option to McCook Wal-Mart or Dollar General in every small town.!! 😀

Hy-Vwe just opened up in Holdrege NE. It is a slim version of the full Hy-Vee experience, but it's perfect for Holdrege. They have most of what I want. No Wahlbergers. No themed counters. No Lactaid Milk. Hopefully, as they go along, they can include the Milk. Store looks better than Holdrege Market Place. I would highly recommend it to a person in need of things to eat, drink and be merry.

It was a small HyVee. The workers really couldn't help me find items. You should know since it is a small store there isn't the same type of items as in the bigger stores. Otherwise the employees are nice and the store was clean.

it's ok, it's the old style of hyvee minimal investment in existing building. Save ur money and go to Kearney, or Lincoln or omaha. it's like a plain label hyvee to bad one can't experience the full service stores and the I've been there twice and service mediocre. you can't force love.

The customer service is never nice, the cashiers aren’t willing to look into things for you and every time I go in, nothing I buy applies to the perks and they can’t tell me why. 3 times I’ve been in, 3 times a horrible experience, 3 strikes you’re out. Won’t be back and if someone asks me, I’ll tell them the same thing. Back to giving to the little guy.Oh and I emailed the manager 5 weeks ago and heard nothing back.I’m done.

Nice store. Like that they have healthy food options in the frozen section. Customer service manager is always helpful and friendly.

So very blessed to have Hy-vee in our town. Great selection in all departments and reasonable prices. I love the in store butcher..very pleased all around, I would highly recommend this business.

I love our little hometown Hyvee however, I would’ve liked to of seen them put it in the old Shopko building, and put a Hyvee gas station where the current Hyvee is

Nice, clean grocery store. Prices are good if the items are on sale. Keep in mind that the prices are not so good if items are not on sale.

I grew up with Hy-Vee stores in Iowa. I am so glad to see it come into Holdrege! It will save driving all the way to Kearney for groceries.
