This Casey’s looked absolutely horrendous when I moved to Holdrege; they’ve since hired a new manager and the place seems to be improving in great strides. Unfortunately customer service is very important and the red head cashier was kinda blunt and rude. Keep up the improvements!

2 hour wait time for carry out pizza order, I don't think so, I'll go elsewhere. Have also ordered a Supreme and when I showed up to pick up they said they were out of pepperoni. What I got was a sausage pizza with three green peppers and 5 pieces of onions and 2 black olives. Get better help.

This is the worst Casey's I've ever been to. I've traveled all over the mid-west and been to many Casey's in many states and this is bad. I got there at about 11:30 and the front door was blocked by a delivery truck, all they had for food was old greasy pizza with four pieces of peperoni on it. The staff was less than helpful and didn't seem to care at all. Avoid this place at all costs. Be careful of the gas pumps or you will over pay for regular gas. There is as Sonic next door if you need food.

It would be nice if they had sandwiches made in there deil case. Breakfast or lunch sandwiches without Brunt bacon on them. The LADIES that work at the Casey's by family dollar are amazing!!! That manger needs to go to school on Manners

I usually love this place but I've had a few issues as of late... I'd love to give 5 stars, but ordering anything from the kitchen has a drastic wait time. You'd be better off going to Kearney and eating. Hopefully whatever is causing this will be resolved soon. I really do love the food here.

My husband and I stopped into gas up our 2016 Ford Escape. I went in to prepay for the gas the 2 young men behind the counter told me they couldn't help me. They called another man over to handle the feul. He was very unkepted, rude because I wanted to pay cash and not use a credit card. He told me I would have to pay $65 to fill vehicle with gas. I refused I had to insist that my car wouldn't take more then $40.I will never use this place again!!

We ordered a vegetarian pizza. I will never leave the store without looking at my pizza. Seriously a cheese pizza with a few peppers thrown in the middle. We walked over there in the cold and no I'm not coming back. Make it right.

The pizza took longer, wasn't sliced and wasn't completely cooked. I've bought a lot of pizza at this store, it's a shame the quality has gone down.

Cashier Rebecca was informed that the bathrooms had no toilet paper. After a line of 6 people started to form and multiple requests were made she made the excuse that she didn't know if anyone was in the bathroom. People started to leave or use the men's, but this should not take that long for some place where the cashier was standing around half that time.

Lazy delivery drivers can't drive 10 mins down the road for 1 pizza then the people at the store lie saying they tired calling us if it was privately own I would understand but your not

Casey's is responsible for my BMI; currently, it sits, heavily, at large (non-whale) animal vessel. I go there every morning. I have managed to switch from sugarful RB to sugar-free RB. I have also switched from Kellogs BB to Kind MB. These changes should help.Love Casey's. Good people in most of em.
