I have tried to get someone to call me for 2 months about something I ordered since I don’t live close to the store. No one will have the courtesy to call and let me know if the product is in or not even though I have left numerous messages with the front counter. Sadly not at all good customer service!

True Value is Such a great store for all your indoor or outdoor needs. I bought a new washer and dryer from them. Such quality items. They are so friendly and helpful.

The staff went the extra mile to help me out. I had a ton of little projects that I needed help getting supplies for and they helped me every step of the way. The front is full of beautiful household decor, appliances, and gifts. The back has everything you need for those special projects. It's so nice to have a nice place to shop locally. I am never disappointed when I shop in this store.

They are always very helpful and never pushy to buy things. If you need something and they don't carry it they will try and get it for you. Really a wonderful place to shop. I always go there first before going any other place for what I need.

went to see if I could find an additional gift for Christmas. They didn't have the item in stock, but staff was VERY helpful in looking into ordering. Great store!!

It was the only place close that carried grade 8 bolts which was extremely helpful as I would have needed to travel 3x the distance otherwise.
