One thing I have to say is that I love their taco pizza (when they make it the way I like) most of the time when I order a taco pizza I request no tortilla chips and then they still put the tortilla chips on it and now this time I called at 6:40 p.m. to order two large pizzas and family cheese sticks I was told it wouldn't be ready for an hour and a half and then she said 8:30 then I get here and you can clearly tell the pizza had been done for awhile and of course I got the wrong pizza and having to wait for another one. I do understand things aren't always perfect,I have done the same job and gotten things wrong myself. My complaint is because 98% of the time my order is wrong and I haven't ordered for awhile because of this and it happened again lol you would think that if they make you the wrong pizza and are remaking it and you have to wait longer they would give you one free large pizza or give you some kind of discount. And you don't even receive an apology, you get an eye roll instead. However I do appreciate the few workers there for their hard work and how nice they are. Hopefully the people working on the pizzas can take a second to double check the tickets and repeat the order to the customer to try to get things on track

Ordered pizza and was told ON THE PHONE that it would be 15 minutes. Got there and they hadn't even made it yet and said it would be a hour wait. If it was going to take that long why waste peoples time and say 15 minutes? Not impressed.
