Ladies at the front desk need an attitude check and the training on customer service. My wife went into get her wallet which she called and the manager confirmed was there before she got there. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered. You think Walmart would have a designated spot for that stuff

Went to have 2 tires changed and an oil change. The guys were friendly and did a fantadtic job in a very timely manor. They have really done a great job revamping the whole store including the automotive department. A+++

The only place I consistently have good experiences with is customer service for returns.I order groceries to pick up every week. It's a 50% chance whether you'll get a kind employee or one who clearly doesn't care about their job.I always have a large box and 2 bags to put my groceries in. Today, the lady put the toilet paper in the box (literally the only item that doesn't need to be in another container because it's all contained in the package) and kind of just threw the other bags all over my truck eventhough there was plenty of room to fit everything in the box/bags.She also put a bag of potatoes ON TOP of my bananas. Seriously? She didn't even try. I've had lots of occurrences like that.I get that it's not the most glamorous job, but the decline of basic decency is appalling.

Worked at location for a few years. Many of the employees then really enjoyed working for the public. Management held us to certain standards that assisted with this goal. Over the last few years that is all but gone. The push is the self-checkouts and if you have a question--good luck finding someone who cares.

I bought 2 rotisserie chickens. One was not cooked through and bloody inside. Service is ok. Except when I have a question, it seems there is no one to be found. Most employees are pleasant in self checkouts. I appreciate that!!

This particular Walmart has many issues. You can’t ever find an employee to help you, and when you do, they’re rude.This store is constantly out of items, with many empty and disorganized shelves.I’ve become willing to drive 90+ miles to a different Walmart to get pleasant service and find a well stocked and clean store.

I am disgusted with the way they treated a long term employee. They fired him for eating a donut a customer purchased for them on Easter. They aren’t allowed tips and apparently not donuts either. Pathetic and I will never shop there again.

The Walmart supercenter in Hastings Nebraska is generally your typical Walmart. Just like every Walmart it has lots of aisles for merchandise that you can buy. The one thing that set this Walmart out from the other is the really long lines in the checkout files. There are very limited amount of people who use the self checkout while I was there it was amazing how long the aisles were for human checkers.

Team Lead Edel completely outed an associate about them being pregnant on the day of her telling him. Nothing has been done even though an ethics report has been filed and I dont think anything will be done. How do you know if the girl wants to keep it? What if she has a miscarriage and everyone at work asks her hows the baby? I think repercussions must be made for this type of middle school behavior. And lets not even get into how he treats his associates!!!

The auto service center is awesome. Tyler and his trainees were so helpful and fast replacing a tire while family was at a Hastings College football game. I'm from Texas and so grateful for the friendly, professional, and fast installation of a bad tire. Plus, the prices are so reasonable that it was not a bank breaker. Thanks, y'all up there in Hastings... God bless!

Who doesn't like going to Walmart to play? Always hard pulling this girl out of the toys. Literally. Hard to find an associate to help but we are use to our town. Check out the toy clearance. They have some pretty good deals right now. If you check the aisles, there are some hidden gems in there too. Tons of Easter items out. They even have puppy easter baskets this year. Go check it out.

This Walmart actually cares about the customer and it shows. All employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. The management team must be a good one. Excellent organization and atmosphere. Exceeded expectations by far compared to most Walnuts I have been to. Thank you!

Check out lines we're long,and not enough checkers working. Very crowded and bathrooms messy and 2 soap dispensers were out of soap.Staff was not very friendly.

This Walmart has very friendly and helpful staff. However, if you need a ride wheelchair, be mindful of what time you come. Usually between 2 and 5pm, it is very hard to find a riding wheelchair to use. Other than that, the store is well organized, clean, and we'll stocked. If you need anything, you can find it here.

I just love Walmart. 💘 Always have what I need and want. There is staff everywhere should I need to ask a question. They are friendly and very helpful. If you haven't tried the grocery pick-up service yet. Then you are really missing out.

IM GIVING YOU 1 STAR SOLELY BC I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY IM NOT HIRED. Does any of the management team or anyone at the Walmart Hastings or even corporate look at these. I have an application in for probably about the last 2 months. I see that there is 17 openings for front checkout team. I'm essentially handicapped. I can't stand long. My arms work my legs work. My brain works. I can work. If I need to get up to help a self checkout I'd get up. I can demonstrate. If you want I'll see if Medicaid could buy me one of those chairs aka. electric scooters so maybe you guys wouldn't have to supply a chair so the other employees wouldn't complain. I would love to work. I have a friend that works there. That friend has said that deli bakery is desperately seeking folks. I have about 4 years in culinary about 6 months helping out the bake shop at a 1500 room convention hotel

Walmart is Walmart, that should say it all. Sadly, prices aren't that competitive anymore. Service is nonexistent, however, their optometry department is very friendly and helpful.
