We have had nothing but great experiences with Shelly and her team! We have two dogs with lots of energy and they always do an amazing job! Yes, they are booked far in advance at times but it is worth it! They are also very accommodating if we need to fit our dogs in a pinch!

They do a great job trimming my dog! If you are working full-time, it is very difficult to use their services, though. If you have to leave your dog there for more than a few minutes after they are groomed, they charge a ridiculous fee.

We have 2 mini aussies. Our 2 year old was in an automobile accident & now only has 3 legs. Since then she doesn't like kennels. She wasn't cooperative this last time so they said she could only be groomed by the 2 managers. We were blown off for months to get her groomed. When we were finally contacted to bring her in I was told that they would only groom our dog if my husband would bring her in. Her response to me bringing her in was "no that's not going to work. We'll have to schedule a different time" We didn't appreciate the timely manner it took to get our dog in & that they only wanted to deal with husband when my schedule isn't as busy. We won't be returning. **The excuse, change of story & length of comment just amazes me.

I took our 7 year old Australian Shepherd in to be groomed. He'd never been to a groomer before. Molly was fabulous, Bohdi has never looked or smelled better. Very pleased ❤️🐾

If you want a quality cut and attention to detail, then Guchi Puchi is the right place for you. they take the time to understand how you would like the finished cut to look like on your dog, take notes and provide that same cut time after time. They are NOT a kennel, and can only keep your furbaby for a period of time before/after the appointment. Well worth it for the quality.

Just needed my cat groomed, he's been groomed every year for 4 years. They told me to go to the vet. Guess they don't want my money. I don't understand why you would turn business away.

They never answer phone calls and make it difficult to book an appointment. Owner is rude when I do get a chance to communicate with her. The rest of the staff is great!

Always acted like they hated my new puppy. I never got the impression that they really loved animals, and I would expect more tolerance when a little puppy is just starting out.
