We’ve only been with Palace of Paws for a few weeks but they have been AMAZING! They were willing to take my difficult dog that groomers in 3 different states would not take or they would call me to come get her after the bath. They worked amazing with her and even though it’s a process, she already looks better!! They did my other one this morning and she hasn’t looked so good in so long!! I appreciate them so much and we will definitely be life long clients. 😊

Palace of Paws took my pups from messy spring weather to smelling like “roses” in no time at all. My eldest pup has severe anxiety and Katie handled him with such love and care. When he came back into my care, he was calm and happy.They loved being pampered. I recommend that you get your care from this lovely team! <3

In town visiting my Dad and Gus needed a deshedding. Katie took it on and did a fabulous job. The salon is cute, clean and everyone was so nice! Their service was amazing. Gus came back 10 pounds lighter, fluffy and smells wonderful. Best part? He’s now in a napping coma 😊. Thanks Katie!

Took my 100lb GSD in for his first ever groom. He’s not skittish but just tolerates baths. We were initially worried he’d be a heavy hassle for our groomer but she said he did great. And they did an awesome job with him. I feel he lost 10lb is just shedding alone after the great job they did. Will be returning regularly.

Only place in town my dogs like to be groomed and Callie can be a lot to handle. They get to play with the other dogs while they wait for their hairdo. Katie and her ladies are always welcoming, positive, and treat the dogs like their own. Prices are competitive for the level of work and I always feel comfortable leaving my dogs at the Palace.

Sadly, I will never recommend Palace of Paws, Quit the opposite. They are not as nice as people seem to think. Plus, they injured both of my dogs eyes! This angers me because they did not tell me!I had to cancel my dogs last appointment due to a spinal procedure..They charged extrathis time without prior notice! The Hispanic lady who groomed my dog scratched both of my little dogs cornea, so, now his eyes are hurting!!! To top it off she lied and told me my dog was matted! I know for fact he was not! I comb him every day. I was charged $10.00 extra because this woman lied. I was treated and talked to terribly, without any compassion!! I tried to tell them about my upcoming cervical spine surgery ,so I could schedule my dogs appointment different. I was hatefullly told by the owner, "other people have surgeries and bring their dog in". I told her that I live alone and I don't have help. She did not care! The owner just hatefullly said, "well, I have a customer who is in the hospital now and they brought their dog in!". She then said, "if you take him to another groomer they will just shave him." I beg to differ!She was obviously angry that I had cancelled my last appointment. How petty.I have never been treated so rude! Especially, after just paying her $65.00!The owner then had the audacity after I left to leave 3 messages for me.The first one said, "Would it be better for me to come pick him up" , the second one said, "I do good sam pick ups once a month", the third one said, "since you're surgery is coming up". I am sure it would then cost me $80.00 to groom my tiny dog. Why wait until I leave to try and be nice??I am heartbroken about this encounter. No thank you!!I won't take my dog to be injured their again. My dog deserves better treatment, andI deserve to be treated better as a paying customer.

Have had real good experience here, and my dog seems happy with his trips there. Appointments have been easy to set up, and have not had any problem with them not being kept. Overall, very happy.

Honestly they groom the dogs really well. It's the organization of keeping things prompt and ready is the problem. I want to walk in pay seeing the dogs ready to go. I walk in and its a countless look into the data base of what dog is what. I suggest a dog collar bar code simple scan and it brings them up no searching required . Sometimes you grow to fast but honestly some reorganization in how to be promptly organize can help the groomers out I walked in and saw one employee trying to catch her breath she seemed overwhelmed by going back and forth to desk to the grooming side to grab dogs. It's supposed to be simple the one fear I see customers having is time to groom. Trust me they do a good job grooming but it shouldn't take 6 hours to do 2 dogs. That's 3 hours each it tells me they don't have equipment to really get that grooming done promptly. If you could do 2 dogs in 2 hours thats quadruple the profit in the timely manner of said grooming. I used to go to Lincoln they got 2 dogs done in three hours and that pleased me to know hey I don't need to wondei when theyll be done think revaluing the structure and start again or this place will go under. I care bout dogs but to5 o clock rolls around and it's been 6 to 7 hours thats pushing customers away . If that pushes customers away that pushes profit away. If you have one dog it should take 2 hours tips if they're bad instead of appointment based program make it a subscription based then the dog can be easily maintained and things roll along.

I nervously took my 5 month old shih tzu for his first groom. They handled his naughty toddler behavior just fine. His cut is adorable and he smells great. We will be coming back.

Charged double the price that was listed on their website. Shaved to the skin on areas of the face such as between the eyes leaving cuts and scrapes on the face and neck. Would not explain why the price was so much higher than advertised. Sent a request to be contacted by management with no response.

I am dog watching my daughters dog and I have never had a dog groomed before. These ladies worked me in, and did a fantastic job on our Boarder Collie. She went in looking homeless and a tangled mess. She came out smiling and looking like a beauty queen. Highly recommend going to this fine groomer.
