So Molly did a great job on our LilyAnn, a ranch dog. Tries to get her scheduled again and after 3 calls leaving messages, I never got any calls back and our neighbor was very disappionted also. If it is a city dog they will be happy to do your dog but they don't want to earn their money working on farm & ranch dogs.

Doubled the price from what was listed online without explanation, and the haircut my dog received was terrible, shaved to the skin on parts of his face along with cuts on his eyelids and scratches from the razor on his face. Requested a call from the management without a response.

They were great with my baby boy! It is so hard to trust people with my,cat since I'm,protective over him,they were very friendly and help,calming him,down taking breaks with brushing so he wouldn't get stressed. I highly recommend this grooming spa

Faith loves it. The groomer was amazing, knowledgeable and very sweet to our girl Faith. Faith is a Husky and German Shepherd Wolf Hybrid so I didn’t know how’d she’d do but she really loved this place. 100% for us.

I left a message letting Ashley know that I was with my son’s dog that had been ran over by a tractor on Wednesday. . She doesn’t answer the phone on Mondays and my appointment was on Tuesday first thing. I called her back shortly after and left another message and told her I would leave my son’s dog and drive the 14 hours to make the appointment and I was there on time. She had booked over and claimed that she didnt get the second message so she hadn’t called to let me know she had booked over it. She didnt ask about Duke and said “ hon, you can be mad at me but it doesnt matter”. Her lack of empathy was disturbing.

I have been taking my Lolla in for grooming for awhile now. This last time I had to work so I asked my friend to take her in for me. When she dropped Lolla off they were rude to her. I then kept calling them to check on Lolla from work but could not get thru due to no one answering the phone. Lolla has recently come down with illness and I needed to check on her. Since I couldnt get thru, I asked my friend to go check on her after not hearing anything for 4 hrs. She went in and they almost threw Lolla at her being even more rude. No Compassion! Makes me nervous the thought of leaving my Lolla there for hours. And why have 8 dogs there when there are only 2 groomers, Dont leave your dog at a groomers for 4 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!
