I have taken my dog to K9 Korner for years. Never any complaints. My initial groomer retired and have had a few different groomers than the owners over the last couple years. My visit today was with a groomer I do not know or remember. I came to pick up and stood behind front door so my dog wouldn't see, because she gets antsy if she sees me when finishing up. Well I heard her saying my dogs name sternly and I peeked around and she popped the side of my dogs face with the scissors. I said "hey", to get her attention and she said , "Oh, I'm sorry"!! But then kept on saying, quit biting me, I'm sure to justify the fact that she hit my dog with a metal object!! I have been there before when other groomers were just finishing up and my dog has not ever bit anyone and if she was a problem I am sure they would have let me know. I did not make a big deal, as there were other people there. But, I will make sure the next time this woman will not groom my dog. My dog has anxiety about the groomer anyway, that she shakes all of the way there usually!! I was very bothered by this today. I usually don't post reviews, but this really hit me the wrong way!!

We love this place! Chelsey is our groomer! We really appreciate how she is gentle and kind with our "classic" little old lady dog, Bella, as well as Candy. ☺ 💜💜🐶🐶

They always did a great job taking care of and clipping the hair of our schnauzers for they would come out looking wonderful. Now we are looking forward to bringing our new fur baby a little Yorkie named Gracie❤️
