Insanely overpriced in terms of the clothes and shoes and some other items. This is supposed to be a thrift store…I went there for a salad spinner. The one I wanted didn’t have a price tag, but the two next to it had a $2 tag and a $3 tag. I asked an employee and she took the $3 one and the untagged one both to her manager, who said the $3 was actually underpriced and changed both of them to $4.99 instead. Of course he did, knowing I was going to buy one.I saw flip flops for $5.99 that are only $1 at Walmart. Seems cruel to keep jacking up prices here when historically this is supposed to be a thrift store where poorer folk can shop.I’ll say the employees are nice and the store was clean at least. It’s the prices that are unacceptable.

The Goodwill store here in Hastings was nice and clean today. The young lady running it was very kind and nice. Bottom line is it is way too expensive. I used to go in there daily now I go once every 6 months. And they don't have the 50% off tag sales so that you could spend extra time and save some money. Walmart has been having some $1 $2 and $3 sales. All the women's clothes I picked up at Goodwill today was either $5.19 to $7.99.It used to be at Goodwill you couldn't find a cart to use now there's only one or two people in the store at a time. I have called the head office and let them know prices being too high.

VERY unorganized! You have to search through everything to find your size because nothing is organized. The dressing rooms are closed so you can't try anything on and they won't refund or return or exchange anything. If the dressing rooms are going to be closed they need to let people return anything that doesn't fit. Ridiculous! Very overpriced for a second hand store. I can get a lot of the same stuff at Walmart for the same price or a little more. Probably won't be back.

They use to have a variety of clothes in any fashion or style. Now it seems like only put out stuff only my great great gma would like.Plus the prices. Little high.Would recommend crossroads instead

The store could be cleaner and the prices are a little high at Goodwill.Especially when they are priced from donations.Crossroads is way cheaper and the staff doesn't pick through items as they come in. The clothes are are too high priced at Goodwill and so are a lot of items. Also they don't test their electronics. Bought a vacuum... didn't even work and no returns

Over billed me, than claimed my payment didn't go through when I showed them the reciept that it did. Manager was rude about it and stated she doesn't know why since she's not a technician. Never again will I step foot in that pathetic goodwill. Lacking customer service and knowledge.

They have totally clean this place up in it is organized with their prices do reflect way higher than they were before but you spend a lot less time finding what you want

End of Oct and they still have not put out barely any winter clothing, apparently we are all office workers,who only need lightweight long sleeve shirts.

The store was pretty well organized and easy to navigate through. Items were clean. One of the better Goodwills I've visited.

I used to shop here years ago, ever since this "new" stuff started filling the stores prices have gone higher than Walmart. I've stopped going because of this and the fact can't find anything.

Good value for your money. At times there are items donated in brand new condition. If you have time to search the racks, you will certainly find a deal.

Compared to other goodwill locations, the prices have stayed reasonable. Everyone is friendly, and they are pretty well organized.

A large store that used to be a grocery store. They accept donations in the prices for their items are fairly reasonable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is it tends to be cluttered.
