Saleslady was very knowledgeable on products. I told what I was kind of wanting, from device differences, value, flavor, and usage varieties. Was friendly, observant, and actually could understand what I was wanting but had to explain my expectations, and boom, she was on it. Gave me the rationale of of her suggestions, like I said she was to the T on what I was wanting. Perfect!! I love it, my vape pen delta 10, non refillable , I've had it like 2 weeks, have not even had to charge but once, I just take a couple of puffs through the day for anxiety and at night. Calms thoughts , I don't cough, I like the flavor, not too sweet overpowering, just a nice little puff. 32$ I cringed a little, but worth it.

I've become a regular at this point. Ian and Jennifer always have awesome recommendations for new flavors and new products for me to try when I go in. One time not too long ago I forgot my card there and they kept it safe! Love this store and always have a great experience when I come in!

Jennifer I believe is her name. She not only was very pleasant to be assisted by. She also went above and beyond to not only make a sale but to help me. She donated me $2.00 of her own money so I could by what I really wanted. She really takes pride in the products she is selling. She is also great for the company by being very knowledgeable. There are others there that are pretty wonderful too, as I'm a frequent flyer at your store in Hasting Ne. Thank you for the great store and wonderful staff.

Terrible service and products quit working after less than a week and they won’t replace. Won’t ever spend a dime there again ,and I will recommend everyone I know to not go there.Bought battery a week ago. Quit working, won’t turn on or take a charge. There is no physical damage to the device. Called down there to see if I could have em swap me out and you guys deal with the defective device and the company. Instead I got told a week is a little long.

I love this shop. Not only is the staff extremely helpful and nice, their prices can't be beat. On Wednesdays, they have buy one get one free on all fluid. It doesn't matter how much fluid you want, you get a second for free. REMEMBER, THIS IS ONLY ON WEDNESDAYS! I also live their fluid flavors. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that love in/near Hastings.
