I have been going in and out of this store. Sense it open in the beginning. It was rough it got a little bit better. And then it got rough again now. The staff has been very helpful. They keep the place very clean and they have actually kept it. It's employees so that when you have a question. They don't have to wait forever. So good job for fixing the issues. I changed my ratings from the 2 star. Up to a four star

Good selection, great sales. We wanted to look at wrestling shoes but nobody was available to get us sizes, so we left to go to another store 20 minutes up the road. We did buy some fleece pants for my daughter as they had great sales but waited in line for well over 10 minutes to check out. Even though another employee walked by and saw the line. They need more hiring in this location and/or better service.

Always a good experience at Dunhams. I like the cleanliness of the store, and size. There clothing and hunting gear are great. Gun selection ain't to bad either.

Drive from an hour away to purchase a firearm to be told I'd have to come back tomorrow because there is no one in store who is old enough to sell it to me. 6pm on Saturday, the store closes at 9pm. Lost minimum of $1000 tonight and won't be back. Thank you Dunhams!

If you are wanting a gun just tell the person up front so they can get someone back there for you. The staff has Limited knowledge on weapons

Excellent customer service, and pricing, especially when you sign up for their coupons. My latest experience was trying to purchase a fishing rod and reel combo, but the reel was missing a part. They were willing to swap out a reel from their stock to make the combo whole so that I could buy the sale item. Easy transaction, and they took my $20 off coupon by scanning off of my phone, preventing me from having to print it and waste paper.

Went in close to closing time but got my items and got to the cash register before closing. I was told I had to come back tomorrow to get my items because they already shut off computers. After showing complete puzzledness the manager was called and said the same thing. I, a paying customer in the store during store hours, had to come back tomorrow to get my items. God bless the poor cashier who was forced to tell us and deal with the situation.

This place is just plain garbage. You can never get help in firearms unless you find one of the two employees in the entire store that isn’t in the back room. They mislabel products so when you go to check out the price is completely different, this has happened on multiple occasions. Don’t support businesses like this. Shop local

Hum, I was in and out. No interaction when I checked out at all, no offer if I needed help, I say fend for yourself for of store. The two workers were talking about their living situation and one taking pictures for the other. I ask did they have a discount, she said "Yes, gave it to you" and turned around and finished her conversation. It was actually hysterical, because when I called "THEY WERE OVER THE TOP NICE", my child went in a few weeks ago and experienced the same type of "no give a darn" customer service. But I guess my one star is worth my 20%.

This store has a pretty good selection of merchandise and firearms. The problem is that it's hard to find help and most of the employees seem annoyed and inconvenienced when they do help.

The first kid who helped me was wonderful! He was informative and nice! I appreciated his help, I give him a 5 star rating!The kid that came over and told the 1st kid to go do something else that he would help me was rude! He was not helpful at all! He just told me I will be at the registers. The registers are on the opposite side of the store. I got what I needed and went to check out, it was the rude kid! He was even more rude at the register, acting like I was the most annoying customer! Just a jerk, he gets the lowest star rating ever, and is the reason I doubt I will come back to dunham's!

I've bumped my rating to 3 stars as I had a more enjoyable experience here recently. Their pricing isn't as "cheap" as they make it out to be but they've got a good selection of things.

Staff is great! If they don't know an answer to your question, they won't BS their way to a sale. They'll find out what you need and be on their way assuring not to be pushy!

I was looking for a Tigers t-shirt for this year. Found two that I wanted to try on so I went to an employee in the shoe department (near the dressing rooms). He never even looked at me, just sounded really annoyed and asked. "Can I help you??" I asked if I could try these on, please. He THREW the shoeboxes onto the floor and cursed under his breath all the way to the dressing room.I'll go across the street to Ace to buy Tiger gear and a new stadium seat. I won't go back to this store again.
