When I scheduled an appointment for my pup to get groomed, I was really skeptical after reading some of the reviews, I'm so glad I did couldn't be more happier with how his haircut turned out. The gal who cut his hair was really friendly and asked how and what I was wanting. ( I wish I got her name). I'm definitely going to ask for her for the next time.

Such a great experience every time I walk in. From Diana at the front desk to the groomer who took such great care of our bulldog— she was so spoiled. Not to mention the retail finds and of course the bakery treats!!

Our cocker spaniel (Odin) looks amazing and is always happy to go! We are always pleased that they take time to ensure the comfort of the pup and the quality. Fully worth the cost and we are officially loyal customers. Update we’ve now been using this groomer and baker for more than six months. We truly love them and they love Odin which makes it all worth every penny. Odin is always excited to go and we highly recommend.

Took our Sheepadoodle there for his grooming. We already knew that there was some matting on his chest area, which the groomer rightly noticed and asked if we wanted to cut him a 'lil short' and we agreed. When we went to pick him a couple of hours later, we were horrified to see he had been completely shaven down to his skin! When we asked the groomer why he was shaved down completely, she just mentioned that he had some matting on his chest so to make it even she just shaved him down entirely, we would have really appreciated if she had called us and asked for our permission before completely shaving down as we decided to just go short! The same day we noticed his skin was all irritated from the shaving and there were multiple bruises on his body which looked like shave cuts. We feel like we did great injustice to our dog by dropping him off at this groomer every time we look at his struggle after the grooming. Never visiting this place for anything ever again

I took my Airedale, Claire, To be groomed for the first time yesterday.To say that they did a good job was an understatement. Claire was pretty messy, she looked like a big shaggy bear. She is absolutely gorgeous. I will continue to come to you. I think the young lady that did the grooming is Rose. She was knowledgeable and understanding about some of the bad habits that we have not had broken, such as jumping on people. I am thrilled with all my young lady looks. Thank you so much.

Worst dog grooming ever. I could have done a better job with a pair of kindergarten scissors. They left my dog in a kennel for an hour with no water and polished it off with what's probably the most unprofessional job I've ever seen. In anything. This place is an absolute joke. Never going back.

I would stay away from this place. We have been cancelled on 4 times in less than a year! Not even a call to say sorry or anything. Just a text saying canceled appointment. Contacted the owner and all she could say is she has went through 5 groomers and they all quit on her. I said then maybe she shouldn’t book appointments and think about not being in this business if she can not fulfill appointments. I completely understand things do come up and would never leave a bad comment but this is the second time in less than a year we will have to completely shave our golden doodle due to them canceling two times in a row!

I usually go to PetSmart for grooming because it's hard to find grooming for large dogs nearby and on the weekend. However, Woof Gang is much closer to home, so I thought I would give them a try. I brought my St. Bernard in for the first time and was blown away by the results! She looks amazing, smalls great, and is so soft! This was a great experience for both of us! I will definitely be making my next appt here!

We have used other woof gang groomers before and we’re very excited to see one near by. We were pretty disappointed! Had 2 dogs groomed. One got a full groom and the other got a mini groom because he didn’t need a full haircut. The one that got a full groom looks ok. The one that got the mini groom looks worse than when I dropped him off. I truly can’t figure out what they did. He could not have been brushed right? Nails are still very long. I would understand if I just bought a bath but I paid more. The services listed on the website definitely weren’t done in the mini groom. Probably won’t go back.

i’ve been coming to woof gang practically since i got my dog last july and the staff is so sweet and always kind to us! if i don’t have pluto with me they ask how he is and if i do they give him a treat and lots of pets! they are so kind and accommodating if you want your treats in separate bags and they truly have a love for dogs and dog people. absolutely love woof gang and i tell all my friends where i get the no hides and treats from!

After some miscommunication and the Labor Day holiday my dog, Addi, was rescheduled a few times but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful finding a perfect time for us. I brought my adorable mini Australian Shepherd here for a grooming and asked for a 2-3 inch cut off of her original 4-6 inches of fur. After waiting 2 hours for a phone call that never came, I decided to return to the store for an estimate on when her grooming would be finished. They had finished her grooming an hour prior, but hadn’t called me. When they finally brought her out I was shocked to find that they had completely shaved my dog, other than an awkward tuft leftover on her tail. Australian shepherds are not meant to be groomed like this and should instead be fluffy for the most part. I will not be returning to this groomer again and if you have an Aussie or any other fluffy haired pup, I suggest you do not bring them to this location either.

Worse customer service EVER! Started out amazing, person scheduling me took a lot of time to work through my scheduling conflicts because I was driving an hour and a half because all the groomers in Columbus are booked for months. Started with trying to get weekend appointments, but they were booked. She then asked the groomer to come up to the front and they made a special appointment for me on the evening of August 25 for 530pm. Was amazing...then I realized I had made a mistake, we had plans that night in Lincoln, so I sheepishly called back to change it...once again she worked with the groomer to set up a late appointment with me for the 31st for 5pm and 530pm. Telling me that I would get a text that says 4pm and 5pm, but not to worry about that because that was just because she normally doesn't take appointments that late. So still come for 5pm and 530pm...well...I should have worried about that!!! The groomer forgot and LEFT BEFORE 5, saying I no showed...then the manager argued with me that she followed policy and there wasn't anything they could when a client doesn't show up for their 4pm appointment, failing to listen to me that my appointment wasn't for 4pm. The manager has absolutely no clue on customer service or leadership as she kept throwing her staff under the bus, not taking any responsibility for the mistake. Ridiculously awful customer service. It just couldn't be possible that they made the mistake and so...I drove for 3 hours to an appointment that never happened with only an argument from the organization...disgusting!

The Woof Gang team are awesome! My Cavalier King Charles spaniels love going there for grooming and treats and they never looked better. The team is very responsive with appointment times and the dogs are done quickly! I highly recommend taking your doggie in for a visit!

Great grooms but horrible customer service.First, this is the only place that has groomed my poodle without cutting/ shaving him causing some sort of post- groom discomfort. This is the reason I have come back several times. However, as one of the first customers to Wolf Gang Bakery upon their opening, I have never felt special to your business. From day 1, I have felt that my presence, requests and questions were burdensome to the staff. It feels like staff are put off by having to help people. Ironically, I have referred people to your store because of the grooming and quick appointments, but they have had similar experiences with your customer service.In addition, the last couple times, I have found the grooming staff cutting corners and not completing the full groom. During my most recent visit, I specifically asked if nails and ears were included in the groom (as it wasn’t completed the prior groom) I received an affirmative response. Unfortunately, when I picked up my dogs, the groomers did not complete the service causing me to have to go back to the store. I was not apologized to by management despite a member of the grooming staff confirming it was not done. I was somewhat shocked by the nonchalant attitude. This was the third time their ears were not cleaned but the only time I addressed it. I was not offered an apology, a discount on next service or anything off what was paid that day.There is no loyalty program either. Nikki (groomer) arrived back to the store while the other grooming staff was completing the groom and ultimately apologized when my dogs were delivered back to me. Seemingly too little too late. Ready to move on. Pretty sure it won’t matter based on how clients are treated.

They took good care of our dog. She’s a bigger breed and has a bit of anxiety with nail trims and the dryer. They helped her work through it. The store is well kept and clean. They offer military discount too.

I took my 15 week old Bernedoodle for her first groom. I just wanted her bathed and trimmed up a bit. When I dropped her off I was told they would take their time so it would be a good first experience for her. They also said if she didn’t want them to trim areas they wouldn’t and would take her cues as to what they could do. This made me very comfortable as I was really worried about her being stressed out since she is such a baby. When I went to get her she looked wonderful and was one big fluffy ball of love with cute 🦇 barrettes for Halloween! I would recommend Woof Gang Bakery to anyone and everyone.

This place is absolutely amazing! Full of everything under the sun, there is nothing you can't find for your furbaby, and the grooming staff is just awesome. They even made a donation for our local rescues that was full of food, treats and supplies. I just absolutely love Jenni, biggest heart ....I highly recommend making a visit, no doubt you will leave with bags full of goodies!

Took my Pomeranian in for a haircut and showed her a picture of what I would like. Instead, she shaved him even though Pomeranians are never supposed to be shaved. He looks nothing like what I wanted and I never told her it’s ok to shave him. I can only hope his hair grows back the same but I’m sure it’s forever ruined. Never go here. They do not listen or know what they are doing.

Love this new store in the Gretna Outlet Mall! My dogs have suffered through my makeshift grooming skills through the pandemic and l-o-n-g wait list for appointments. Happy Woof Gang could help my dogs so fast! Highly recommend!

Went in for a grooming today. My dog is exactly 100 days today 14 weeks. They said they couldn’t groom her due to state law sawing she needed he second round of shoots.she gets them Saturday.wasted my time and I will not be back.

I called & made an appt for 1pm, they told me it would take 2-3 hours, when I showed up after 3 hours, they said they had just started & it would be another 45 minutes. I couldn’t stay I had other appointments to get too, & told them how unprofessional this was, so they gave me a half groomed dog. They can’t handle their work load, & they don’t know how to deal with frustrated customs.
