Nate and Sergio did a really nice job. They were very up front with me about what the costs would be for the various things I was requesting at first, and had a common sense conversation that ended up saving me money and likely un-needed expense in the end. Really appreciated that they solved the problem, showed me what was going on in the toilet line under the floor, installed my new toilet and left everything looking much better than they found it. Would definitely recommend them to others, and will use them in the future should I need plumbing services!

Nate and his assistant (didn’t catch name) was phenomenal! They got here on time, within a day of our call for water heater issues and in less than an hour had us up and going again with hot water. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend! Grateful to Winfrey plumbing for their top notch customer service, and speedy scheduling! After calling several local plumbers who either wouldn't return my calls or to swamped to get to my "small job", I called Winfrey Plumbing! The gal who took my call was so friendly and empathetic to my situation! She took thorough notes and go me on the schedule for the very next day!Nick showed up promptly at the time scheduled, listed to my concerns and addressed/fixed the issues quickly. He answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions/ things to watch for going forward. Because our present sewer line was compromised by roots and other factors, Nick, Nate and Sergio replaced our sewer line. The basement floor had to be cut out and connected to a new line that they put in a trench in our yard and hooked up to the city line.They were extremely neat, punctual, efficient and professional. They explained the whole process and answered all our questions. TL;DR - Winfrey Plumbing provides outstanding service and should be your next go-to plumbing service provider!After 4 years of completely flipping our home, we have dealt with a multitude of contractors/skilled laborers. Not a single one has come close to Winfrey Plumbing. I do not typically write reviews, but these guys warranted one. I'll admit, Winfrey was not my first choice, in fact, after several poor recommendations and "no luck" calls, I finally googled area plumbing services to see what options remained. I decided to give Winfrey a call because I was running out of options. Shame on me for waiting so long to give them the opportunity. From the initial phone call to the final sign off and payment on the invoice, I've not had a more pleasant experience. Nick Winfrey was professional and prompt from the get go addressing my situation regarding my complete bathroom remodel. Living outside their typical area of service, I was worried they would either be uninterested or charge exorbitant fees to reach my location. Nick quickly responded to give me a quote that worked with my schedule and within a week we were underway. The journeymen that completed my remodel, Nathan and Sergio were nothing short of fantastic. Professional, friendly, on-time, and communicative, they made sure I was involved every step of the way and seemed to genuinely care about the project I was undertaking and making sure everything was done correctly. Not to mention they were exceptionally clean and mindful of my home the entire time. That was tremendously appreciated. To say these guys are good at what they do is an understatement. Truth be told, of the 6 plumbers I contacted I was able to get 3 quotes and Winfrey was the most expensive, it was also the first time I've been charged the exact amount I was quoted but nonetheless, at the end of the day, I'm a firm believer in that you get what you pay for. With Winfrey Plumbing, that is a job well done with complete satisfaction and nothing less. I certainly don't foresee any issues but I completely believe if something would arise these guys would correct any mistake that was made and take pride in what they do. No question that these guys will be my go to plumbers in the future. My only regret is that I wasn't familiar with them 4 years ago when we started our house flip. You won't regret utilizing Winfrey plumbing. Thanks a ton, Winfrey!

Winfrey Plumbing did a great job. They were here within a couple of hours of me calling. Quickly fixed our issue of a backed up kitchen sink, gave me some great tips on how to keep it from happening again, and fixed a small leak that they came across while working. We had a pipe burst in our basement and their number was the first to come up on a search as emergency 24hr plumbing. The person who answered at 6 am was incredibly nice she said she'd have her service manager call me right away. By noon no one had called I even called back and was told they were waiting on the service manager to get in and he would call us in 30 minutes. We never even to this day have never received a call. Our basement was completely flooded and we had to turn off our water main and wasted hours of time we could have been calling another company while we waited. We called Herman plumbing and they were there by 2pm. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and I think they should take down there advertising they are an emergency service. Horrible.

Very friendly and knowledgeable! They were able to come out the same day I called to fix my broken pipe. He solved my problem quickly, efficiently, and for a great price! I also loved that they sent a text saying that he was on the way to my house (also included a picture of the Plumber that was coming). Very pleased! I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber!
