I got a 60 count of tums because I’m pregnant and have bad heart burn and I have never opened the bottle and it was open tonight when I went to get one. Naturally I asked if my husband did this and he said no, and no one else lives with us. I get it’s a busy store but this is sad because people just do whatever because there’s never any workers anymore!!! I’m so discussed!

I did an online pick up order for one thing!! I get an email stating it was ready and I had 4 days to pick it up!! I placed the order yesterday. My niece goes today to pick up my order and calls me to tell me that can't find my order. I got a confirmation email stating it was ready mind you. After the phone call I look in my email there is one claiming that my order was picked up the day Pryor. Mind you in the email it said you must bring your ID. Lies they handed out my order to someone and didn't have what I needed was no longer in stock. When I called and asked to speak to a manager there wasn't one around!! Never got an apology or anything! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!

It was pretty good, I mean in my experience, most of them are similar. You do notice items in the wrong place once in a while because people pick them up and move them, and I saw this at various points. Other than that, it's a pretty clean Walmart.

Their plant section was absolutely wrecked... had to be hundreds of dollars worth of beautiful plants withered & dead beyond repair, all still full priced and on display. As a plant lover, it broke my heart to see, for sure.

Received an online order with one of my items OPENED. Tried to correct it and they want us to drive half an hour to get a refund of $0.98. I don’t care about the refund, I just think someone should make sure your employees aren’t incompetent. This is not the first complaint I’ve had.

I've worked for osl in walmart and the environment was so hostile towards us for just trying to do our job I've personally been affected working in that store my mental health went down the drain I was scared to go into work because I didn't know what they were going to yell at us about that day it was so bad I had to switch locations if anyone is thinking about working in or for the walmart on diers do yourself a favor and don't you deserve better

The experience that I’ve had in this store is horrible to me having mental health issues ptsd and a lot of suffering from anxiety there management is horrible I worked in this store as a 3rd party for osl and I lost my job due to the horrible management staff and this store including asset protection I’m discussed by there actions there work ethics and the list can go on that have put a damp in my life me losing my job was very big for me cause not only was I doing my job great I was also doing there job for them giving customers a great customer service experience while still doing my job as an osl employee while my job was to sell phones and to help with any issues involving post paid accounts not to help with Walmart customer who would get very disrespectful cause there was no Walmart employee there to help with there needs remind u I’m an black African American who worked in A bias environment with mostly all white employees of Walmart associates it’s time for people to speak up cause I will be taking these issues to the next level if something is not done with this store and for it to be properly investigated like I was supposed to properly investigated when I lost my job but nothing was done I was banned from the store and they had no proof of anything that they said I was doing so to me that is strange enough. I will never again go into that store to work or to buy anything they will not get my business

I bought a complete series of a TV show I like that ended up being defective (essentially it was missing a season), which was impossible to know before I opened it. I tried to exchange it for the same thing, but because I opened it, they wouldn't let me. So now I'm out the money it cost with nothing to show for it.

Ran into some issues while shopping here today but the stocking manager was amazing def cares about the customer. I believe his name was Brian? I may be wrong but stellar customer service which doesn't happen here much thank you!

Went to get a giftcard for my children to watch a couple movies on vudu and an employee helped me and handed me a giftcard and reassured me it would work so I bought the giftcard and they got me a fandango card but vudu only works with fandango now and Walmart says it won’t refund me because I bought it after I was assured it would work and fandango can’t do anything since I didn’t buy it threw them!!! Management said I can’t get a refund or exchange even tho their employee told me to get it!!!!! Worst service ever honestly I’m not surprised considering how many times I hear the stores of things Walmart have done and seen how they treat customers!!!!!

I asked the wife to boycott Walmart and go to HyVee, but she keeps going back .Remember back when Walmart advertised "Made In the USA"? Walmart buys in BULK to get the lower price .Not always a good idea when considering "You get what you pay for". It seems like they are out of stock a lot, tho, with pretty normal stuff.

Be prepared to speak Spanish if you need help. 9 different people I asked for help, all said sorry me not speak English. Then you have to spend 20 minutes just to check yourself out.Just go somewhere else for your needs.

Terrible I bought some beautiful halloween cupcakes and the cashier decided to put the cupcakes in a bag vertically so the cupcakes got RUINED!!! They were all stuck to the lid and upside down and he didn't even say sorry or anything! It was awful!!! He had no respect in handling the cupcakes. If the manager reads this fire Julian thank you.

Different setup from our store, but we were able to find most things easily. They had regular bed pads where the xl should have been so we had to go with a different size. Also when using their app, some items were in different aisles than what it said.

Had an issue with our trailer tire that we bought just a few days prior from a different Walmart store on our way through moving. The lady we talked to in the auto care center called Alehandro, the auto car center manager, to come look at it, who then called Jordan, the store manager, and after talking with both of them replaced the tire and had a second one available for us to purchase for another one that was going flat. Wonderful bunch of gentlemen and have no problems coming back the next time we're in town thank you so much for getting us back on the road.

Every. Single. Trip. Walmart charged above posted price on at least 2-3 items. That item count goes up as you fill a cart. Sometimes it's small and "not worth" the effort to fix at the register. Other times it adds up quite a bit.Electronics at S Locust location currently has several excellent employees. Unexpectedly courteous and knowledgeable. Good job back there!

Once you’re inside the establishment the employees will greet you. And it makes your day. Never had troubles with self checkout here. Employees are kind and approachable.You can find almost all you need here. Most specially in groceries. In customer service, sending money is also quick and easy here.I like shopping here 😊

Went from a 5 minute trip to 35 cause they can’t check people out faster than I would expect a 90 year old to be able to. Not to mention he wasn’t even old enough to ring people up with beer that alone tacks on 10 minutes waiting for the one lady. Just get rid of the cashiers. Make it all self check out

Called Walmart and the lady I spoke with had said customer service was closed and had no idea what time customer service opened in the morning and couldn't find out. So I show up at 6:15a.m and speak to 2 different people and they say sorry it's currently closed and I'm like ok so when does it open and the 1 lady replied that well we don't really know I guess whenever Jen gets here. So 7 o'clock passes and another lady comes up wanting to return some items and they tell her the same thing and she was like so there's no 1 here in this entire store who can check us out and the lady says no and that she is the manager. So now its 7:15 and finally the manager who we were talking to earlier gives me a refund. Yes the manager who said that she nor anyone else can run that counter except for Jen. Such a waist of time and poor management I mean doesn't Jen have set hours or just come in when you feel like it

This place has gone so far down hill since the old store manager retired. Shelves are empty. Often times the product you want is on the top overstock shelf instead of actually put away. Never any registers open. I've seen lines twenty people deep. The long time employees look miserable and the young kids there have minimal respect for their jobs.

Visited the store on Sunday afternoon and it was busy with shoppers. We found most of the products we were looking for and as usual with Walmart, the aisles were busy with people replenishing stock supplies. However, we were able to shop easily and the employees were nice about having to deal with customers consistently in and out of the way of the employees trying to fulfill their obligations in a timely manner.Check out stations were so busy...really long lines for self check out, so we found a station with a clerk that moved at a decent pace and was conveniently located.Overall experience was great! Thank you to every employee for your service and consideration - you made it worthwhile!

I waited at the sporting good counter at least 1/2 hour to purchase a fishing license. I searched the other departments around it for at least 15 minutes. I finally called the switch board from my phone to ask for a body to help me. There were a couple other people also waiting. This is the 2nd year this has happened.

It's nice to see a stocked Walmart, but when it's 10 pm and only 4 self check out spots open with a line of people that stretch to the other entrance.....60 plus people standing in line. 6 workers having a laugh and messing around pointing at the line, then after waiting and watching for 15 minutes, some random guy comes to open 3 more "self" checkouts. WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?
