Got a lot of selections. Big store. I went to the garden center to buy sale items. My only complaint was that the app showed a product location in bay 5, but it was actually in 3. No associates around to help until you get to the check-out. Very nice lady named Renee was most helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice store but seems like I spend half my time trying to find someone if I need help like unlocking the tool cage it would be nice just to push a button to page.

I rated a 1 only because there aren't negative stars ratings, if there were it would be a minus 5. I called to find out availability of a product, I got "transfered" , talked about while they thought I was transfered, hung up on, and asked if I was in the store. The employees are not helpful and NOT knowledgeableThis was a BAD experiance

Service is impossible to get usually and if you do it's a kid who knows nothing but he'll help you load it with a smiles good luck paint is reasonable and high quality 😉 I'm a pro though so I'm here alot in a hurry and know the store well

We absolutely LOVE their variety of foreign plants!! They always have a great selection of plants, indoor and outdoor... HOWEVER..... The one thing we definitely do NOT like is, when we were there, it was self checkout only yesterday... I don't think we'll be going back for a while just because of that... We're not for taking jobs from people... But it is a very clean store, the staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and VERY helpful...

Not buying from Home Depot online or off. They don't stand behind what they sell! Delivered a freezer with dented door an didn't go after GE to fix the damage. Not buying GE products again they GE are as bad for not standing behind there products!

Went to Home Depot to buy a door, storm door and related accesories. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but the gentleman, Jon, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! My total bill came in at just under $600; I received a military discount of 10%, of which I'm grateful! Thanks Home Depot for your support of the military!

We came in to buy 25 12 ft decking boards, had to find someone to help us. That lady was very helpful for what she could do. She was not able to run a forklift. When the two guys came to find out what we needed, one was Very rude and histent to get what we wanted. They needed to bring in a pallet of wood from outside, cause what was inside,we had gone through on Friday night. That was with great help from a young girl, and manager or team leader. Today the older gray haired guy was "good luck if you can get 25 good boards from this next pallet. Why do we need good clean looking boards? When they finally got it inside, they just sit the pallet down far from thwn location, which was okay. We would have put the ones we didn't want on the rack if he put it close to the location. Then I asked you want us to put the unwanted boards on the floor. He said put the where ever you want , and walked away. By time we left may 5 where on the floor the rest we kept on the pallet. Most people we work with in this store have been helpful. But that guy was a total rude jerk . This was on 8-6-23 I'm sure you know who he was.

We found a new refrigerator at Home Depot. Sales lady was wonderful, friendly and personal. We had to order one, which took 3 days. It was delivered promptly on time, two men carried our old one out and new one in. It was set up and running before they left. We love our new refrigerator!

We have been very disappointed with the customer service here, particularly in the garden department. We purchased 21 bushes and two trees a year ago. One of them survived. We took the receipt back along with pictures of the dead bushes in the required amount of time according to their guarantee. The person at the garden center told us that was all we needed, to take it to customer service. They were about to close and there was a line at customer service, so we returned the following day. Customer service said we had to pull every bush and bring it in! After a lot of work, we took it all back and the person at customer service said” yeah, last year was a bad year for a lot of our plants “ he also said they were just going to throw them all away.We were not going to spend the in house credit we got back on plants… we did need to purchase some mulch, so went back to the garden center. We told the cashier what kind we wanted and how many. He rang up a different kind because. “ he thought we would want the other kind “. We did not - so back to customer service where they got it straightened out and we supposedly got a refund….as yet, it has not showed up on our account and calls to ask about it are met rudely.

May cost a little more but the customer service and employee knowledge is outstanding. Any issue has been quickly, fairly and positively solved. This location is far superior to other Home Depots I've been too and is managed well.

I recently purchased all new appliances from the Home Depot. They have not been delivered yet and won't be for another 5 days. They did not ask me either time when I was in placing my order if I needed my old appliances hauled away. When I called today to see what the charge would be, I was told that had to be requested when the order was placed and I could not add it on now. It would have been nice if either person that I worked with would have asked that at the time of the order. I am not really sure how it matters whether it is done at the time of the order or prior to them delivering the appliances. This is very poor Customer Service and I will definitely remember this next time I am doing a home improvement project.

Purchased $660 worth of Milwaukeetool online but was shipped the wrong stuff. (ended up with light switches). I called online service and was told it had to be resolved in-store. This kind of thing never happens they say. So drive 2hrs to the closest store and I'm only able to get in store credit but they can re order what I didn't get. Sounds all good till I get to check out and now I owe them more money for the same tools I didn't get the first time. They have to charge me local sales tax since I am now in the store that they made me go to so that I could bring them back their stuff. So long story short cost me over 4 hours of my time, gas and mileage on my vehicle, and the same tools cost me more money and they got there couple hundred dollars of light switches back. Great customer service. Would have given a zero star buy I realize it is not the gi locations fault I received the wrong stuff in the first place.

We went to “Home Depot to boy a grill. We found an associate,Layla, and she tried to call Eric to help us, she received no response from him. While at the grill department another associate, Seth, was having a conversation with what we thought was another customer. After an extended amount of time, it was obvious his conversation was personal. Layla tried to get his attention several times, and he ignored her as well. Layla was able to get in touch with Eric whose response was we needed to talk to Seth.Since Seth wasn’t willing to help us, we went to TSC and got a grill from them. Seth is an extremely rude associate and makes customers not want to do business with Home Depot.

I arrived to pick up an order for a job we had to finish by the next day little was I aware the order had been canceled so long story short TJ the associate who helped me rounded up a team right away after painstakingly rewriting the entire order and had me out the door before closing which he never had to do because it was my own mistake anyway awesome guy really appreciate what he did for me

Experience is always decent just frustrated with the return policy for dead plants. So for 12yrs I've been told that if a plant dies within a year of purchase they'll exchange it with receipt with no problem. Apparently they'll do that but you have to pay the difference if the price goes up or inflation. Really? I've never been told that and even heard associates telling customers while I was shopping quote: "If the plant dies within a year from planting bring it back and they'll exchange it". I wanted to say to the associate you forgot to mention with the exception of Mark ups and inflation!

I love shopping at the Home Depot, they have a better selection than their competitors, and the staff is always willing to help. I love that they carry Behr paint, it is my favorite brand to use. When I visit other home improvement stores, their color selections make it difficult for me to make a choice, but at Home Depot, I do not have as difficult a decision. The paint is a little expensive, but for the quality and the way it finishes a room is worth the extra bit of money.

Worst place to purchase kitchen cabinets and countertops. Have had nothing but problems. Waited 3 months for cabinets and when they showed up they ordered the wrong ones. Waited another 2 months for the right ones and they have dents, scratches and broken wood. Waited 3 months for counter tops just for them to cancel my order and re order with a different company. Have to wait another 3 months.

Went to check out cordless power tools and we were pleased with the amount of selections and options. We ended up picking up about 6x the tools we planned to stick to. My husband is prior military so I reminded him to mention his discount, which he did and they obliged, but on the receipt there was absolutely no indication of a discount. Was very very disappointed about that.
