Semi new location I happen to be there for a VA appointment had my coffee. Everybody behind the counter was awesome and the one girl went out of her way to accommodate my service dog by making sure she had water and then making sure I had some water to take with me since she knew I was driving, couple hours back east. Everything bagel was right on the spot for a bite to eat.

9/11/23Unfortunately the reviews are right. They don’t know how to make drinks right. Ordered a hot coffee and received an iced coffee9/9/23Order through doordash. The had the cold pressed I wanted but instead of sending expired juice they sent what they had that wasn’t expired. I really appreciate you not sending me expired juice!!!

The girls there are always either in a rush or are very rude and straight forward I have Starbucks 2-3 times a week or when I’m out doing errands but my drink is always different each time and when you try to say something they just look at you like if you’re stupid or if you don’t know what you are talking about. I just make my way to the one on the other side of town to avoid this now. Bummer I was so excited to have one so close to me.

Gave me a completely frozen ham and Swiss croissant. All I got was a sorry and a look. Asked me what would I like. I said a refund please. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way for this. Very disappointing. Had to wait 5 mins before someone even came to the counter. Remind you only one in line. Associates seem to stay busy but are not friendly.

Came in to do paperwork over the internet which star bucks provides which is always helpful. Was unable to focus because of a group of middle eastern gentlemen speaking as loud as possible, impossible to even hear the conference call which I was in through the headphones on my ears, asked the shift manager at the time if he could ask them to be a little quieter. Shift manager told me that I could ask them but he would do nothing. Went outside, was followed by them outside, went back in was followed back in, went to my car. And 30 minutes of paperwork took 3 hours because of the constant shutting down and starting up of my computer, and now with a 5 hour drive home it will be 1am before I get home. Never again will I place my trust in this Starbucks.

The store is open until 6 pm. I came to the south Locust location at almost 20 till 6. They drive through was already closed, I called the store, watched the employees look at the phone, lock the doors and go about their business. Not cool.
