A nice store that carries Fromm Dog Food, which is hard to find when one is a long haul truck driver. The larger chains don't carry the best dog food, Petsense does. The cashier was extremely nice and professional too. The store is clean and you'll find most everything you need for your pets here without giving your money to the two monster pet supply stores. The only thing is they could have more of what they stock, most shelves have only one item of each, ( except food which is in abundance). Parking is fabulous for us in semi-trucks and that's greatly appreciated. The reason for one star removed is because a toy we wanted to replace for our "trucking dog" was in stock, however in every store we buy this ball and on line over the years, ( his favorite) it is anywhere from $17.00-$25.00. This store wanted over $45.00!!!! So sadly, we didn't replace his toy. This was odd because all their prices were extremely reasonable on most everything else, but some dog and cat toys were way above retail. We would absolutely come back to PetSense because they carry Fromm and we much prefer to shop at more local stores, even though we are in a different state every day. 😉

My dog and I had a wonderful experience here. I'm very happy with the nail trim and selection of items. I am also very pleased with the information I received with regard to all the questions I had. The staff was very helpful, and my dog enjoyed her birthday shopping here.

I took my miniature schnauzer in for her grooming for the first time today, and Molly her groomer did a wonderful job. Molly took her time and gave Ellie the rest that she needed to deal with her anxiety, & she did a beautiful job with her cut. From the moment I walked in the door I felt confident that my sweet girl was going to be very well taken. care of.

I strongly dislike snakes, but my children were enamored with the snake. The gal working was so kind and she got it out of the cage to let them look at and touch, especially when they have a mom who wouldn't let that happen anywhere else. We also got some great treats for our pups.

The Santa they had at Petsense was soooo much better than the one at Petco. We got our Charlotte groomed and got a cute picture with Santa.

I made an appointment with an acquaintance that had been asking for people to help her with her training to become a groomer.....showed up on time and she wasn't there. They called and she said she was on her way. Waited a half hour, ignored until the end of that half hour when I told a worker I was leaving.... she wanted to reschedule for later today. Um, no thanks. A message, call, something would have been nice. I went out of my way to try to help her out..... it's ok though, pet spa, here we come. 😉

My husband brought my silky terrier in for grooming and brought my boy home a complete mess. His hair was greasy his poor ears had no hair whatsoever left on them his face hadn’t been trimmed or cut into the bear shape like asked. It was as if the girl that groomed my little man didn’t know what she was doing. Will not be bringing my fur babies back for grooming. The store otherwise is good and no complaints but I don’t recommend using their grooming services.

Overall I don’t mind this place, and generally I prefer to shop local. However, I thought it may be valuable to mention one issue here. They offer a “Buy 10 Get 1 Free” deal on bags of pet food. I’ve been shopping here for over 2 years, buying the same bag every 2 months, and still haven’t received the free bag.The issue isn’t with the free bag, but rather with making me feel like I’m getting scammed. They keep track of how many bags you have and the number prints out on your receipt, but twice now the number has randomly changed. Eight months ago I was finally at 9 bags, and then the following purchase claimed I was at 6. Then my last purchase two months ago told me I was at 8, and now just today it says I’m at 7.Again, I don’t really care about the free bag of food. But when I’m purposely going out of my way to support local business, it doesn’t feel good to walk out feeling scammed because they aren’t tracking their own rewards program accurately.I was planning on trying their grooming services next month, but after reading some of the other reviews here, I’m nervous to waste my time or money.I may be searching for somewhere else to shop. I hear Chewy.com has some great deals and services.

Very much recommend dog training with Kaeli! I had recently rescued a German shepherd and wanted to make sure I was training her effectively right off the bat. Kaeli took the time to get to know my dog and I which made it such a personalized, positive experience where my dog and I could really be successful together. Now, I still use concepts she taught me to train other things. It’s so fun to stop in and see her for visits every now and again!

I have always preferred to go here then anywhere else. They always have what I need in stock and it's a quick in and out. If I need nails trimmed on my pets they've always been accommodating and helpful.

It's always refreshing to find a place that truly loves animals... I was greeted right away as I walked in and immediately felt my business mattered... they had kittens and cats, and after enjoying the company of them... I shopped for my items I walked in for... got extra things... and left very happy... even questioned adopting the cat from earlier... truly a wonderful experience... and I invite anyone else to go here before the big pet stores like PetCo or PetSmart...

Friendly staff, I mostly go for their grooming service, the price is great and they do a wonderful job. So affordable this allows me to take my dog twice a month. The selection of food is good, this place is never crowded staff always willing to help.

I highly recommend training classes here with your furbaby. Kaeli, the trainer is amazing as well as the staff. I adopted my furbaby, Rebbie, from the Humane Society. He was hyper and reactive and needed socialization. SInce doing classes I have a totally different dog. Rebbie and I had alot of fun in the classes and enjoyed learning.We also created a stronger bond between us. Thank you Kaeli, for all you've done to help us!

Took our dog Maggie to get trimmed . Terrible job!!!!!! did not trim the front legs and did not trim the tail did a half ass job when we complained the people didn't even try to fix her just got the run a round . Will not take her back or will I recommend you people .tanybody

Got my dog groomed, and when I got him home I noticed one of his declaws was cut to short and there was dry blood on his fur around it. When I went to pick him up they didn't even bother to tell me this happened.

Gave my dog a heat spot because they didn’t dry him off all the way. My vet even said that’s what it was from. They refused to take responsibility for it and neglected to do anything. Will not be coming back.
