Twice now I have had to deal with the same rude employee when it comes to the purchase of fish. I understand wanting to educate your customers, but what is completely unnecessary is the refusal of a purchase & rudeness when a customer wants a specific breed or a specific amount! If someone says they want ONE fish, the employee shouldn't stand there and argue that it's better to get more than one, even after the customer has said more than once, "no thank you." Work on your customer service! Don't be rude & condescending to your customers!

We drove in from Kearney and all I have to say is Emily in the aquatics department has got to be one of the most knowledgeable people that I've met in the Tri-Cities so far.She's helpful and friendly, and gives great advice and exchanges knowledge incredibly well. The aquatics team is god tier.Photo 1 is some of the shrimp we bought today that we have acclimating. And the rest of the pictures are the setup we have at home, to show that they are going to well kept environment!

Took my bernedoodle in for grooming and they told me she will need her hair cut short and showed me a sample because her curls are matting which is typical for her breed. It wasn’t bald it but was a bit shorter is what they showed me. My husband brought her home and she’s practically bald. She has bald spots and very uneven. Shaved her off completely!!!! They could’ve left her fur on her head at least but instead made our bernedoodle look like bald chihuahua. My kids bawled their eyes out seeing her & now my dog is depressed. She lays around shivering because she has no fur & I don’t know what happened to her there but she’s acting scared and sad!! Ugh!! They did an awful job on her and I paid $80 for her to be shaved off. I could’ve done it for free. My sister grooms dogs for her foster dogs (which I should’ve went to her), she looked at my dog and said it’s the worst job she’s ever seen done. If I would’ve picked my dog up from Petco last night, I would’ve raised hell and not paid!! They are lucky it was my husband because I would not have paid!!! My dog looks gross and looks embarrassing!!!

I had trouble with my app at check out to get my free bag of dog food and the cashier was super helpful didn’t rush me and actually opened a different register to help the people behind me so I wasn’t holding them up. Very helpful group of people.

I don't know if they aren't experienced enough or I just went in on the wrong day but I took my two dogs to get groomed here and when I picked them up they were shedding like they weren't even brushed. My golden retriever was itching all night long to it was ridiculous I don't recommend getting your dog groomed here.

Nails were ok grooming could have been a little shorter and he should at $90 not came out smelling not like a wet dirty dog. People were very friendly.

Got set up with their rewards program so we can get the best food shipped straight to our house since we live in a small town and there aren't as many options.

We have a standard poodle and have had him groomed here. Our groomer is no longer working there and we need to get "Georgie" groomed again. They are high priced ($100 +) but did a great job but earned a 4 star because of price. Now that Paige is no longer there, I'm not sure what kind of workmanship i would get. Stayed tuned ...

Wonderful place, excellent staff. No cats or dogs but lots of lizards and snakes. Got my wife bearded dragon she has been wanting for her birthday. Thank you to all the help in getting everything done. I would definitely give them 20stars if possible.

Today I went to buy accessories for my fish tank and there were some fish that I really liked and I decided to buy them but the person who helped me was so rude I told her the fish that I wanted and she took the ones she wanted and when I told her that those were not me He made a mad gesture and threw the water and didn't want to give me what I was asking for. The truth is, it was a very uncomfortable moment.

We have 2 Labs who are incredibly high strung and need to be brought in and out in a manner that is a little more work for the groomers. But Haily is The BEST! Very patient and understanding. We keep coming back for her!

I'm a Veteran of 7 Years, from The Persian Gulf War, Through Desert storm. I walked All through the store, with my service Dog, looking to find the machine to make him a tag with his name & my ph #. Not one person offered any assistance, Yet, when I Did Find it, The Lady told me I have to have him on a leash (even though his harness has a control handle). If that's how they treat Veterans & Service Dogs, I'll not go back for Any Reason
