Worst experience I have ever had with a boarding facility. I would not recommend this location!!! When I dropped off my dogs everything seemed to be in order, when I picked them up the smell in the facility was so awful it made my eyes water and me gage... they did not follow my feeding instructions and now 2 of my dogs have diarrhea, my dogs smelled as if they had been laying in pee and poop for days, they did not smell thus way when I dropped them off they had just been groomed. Very disappointing !!!! Do not take your dogs Here if you care about them at all... horrible!!!

Amber keeps our Pomeranian calm as she grooms Bud. He is a bit jumpy and has good thick hair. She gets him shaped as we request. Bud stays with them when we fly to Atlanta (often to see son and grandchildren). It's a great place, nice facilities. 5 stars

We recently boarded our dog here. I have to say I was not in the least impressed. We visited the place the day before and was told our dog would have her own room and be taken care of. When we picked her up the following morning around 9 am we found her in the play room by her self with no kennel or blanket only the hard tile floor to sleep on. She had not been feed yet that morning so I have to assume that she spent the night in that room with nothing. I only hope she had water because there was no food. She had to have spent 12 to 14 hours in the room with nothing to lay on. We did not take her back the following weekend as planned. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy for a place to board there dog. Not impressed

Pet Island resort is a service where you can have animal watching as well as groomed. They have good knowledge and they are quite sensitive to your pet's needs. Very reasonable in price. Seems like they go the extra mile. I trust my fur-baby with it's life. Very grateful they exist.

They did an amazing job on my girl. What I really liked about this place is I noticed how calm and happy the other dogs were. I have been to grooming places were the dogs were nervous and skittish, there was none of that here. All the dogs were very happy to see the groomers and very at ease. This reassured me my girl was in very good hands! I look forward to future appointments and definitely recommend this place to others!

I'm very highly recommend this place 100%. I love myCat to death she is part of our family I'm very picky about who watches her, treated and taking care of. I want nothing but the best for her just like I do my children. They do an amazing job! The only other way your animal will be treated any better is if it's you doing it yourself.

My German shepherd loves this place. He gets all excited when I ask him if wants to spend the night at daycare. They always treat us and our dog good.

Island Pet Resort is definitely the best place to take your dog. I won’t go anywhere else. The price was great the staff was great and I could see how well our dog was taken care of. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best boarding place!

This is our go to place for pet boarding. Our dogs feel welcome, comfortable, and are always well taken care of. The staff is great! The prices are reasonable and the facility is nice.

I understand that each villa is owned by different individuals.The villas are very functional and location is very good.I have stayed here twice.The first time I stayed in the unit just inside the gate to the right, North,.We found that one of the cabinet doors was out of adjustment, do to a screw missing in lower hing. Not finding the missing screw, we removed the door and set it to the side.so not to cause damage from the door hitting the over door.After leaving our damage deposit of $100 was kept by owner saying they had to replace the door. And that we broke some crockery. We never used any dishes.Also we seldom had WiFi and contact person would never respond to us the five days we were there.

My dog absolutely loves this dog park. She can swim, run, roll around, there's plenty of room for tons of dogs, a small dog area with no swim access, and it's quite enjoyable for me to spend the day out there and get some sun as well

Took my Dogs there last week and when I picked them up the Kennel was hot they had no water , they was painting really bad they slept on a concrete floor and now my male dog is really sick....I will never take my dogs there again.....
