Jonathan went above and beyond today for my sons party he found out the theme and helped me find the missing balloon to finish my order and while filling them made the two most amazing table center sets. while filling he asked me questions and once finding out the cake was IT theme he filled a singe red balloon for him to carry around the party. once home my son was so excited to have his own for the party.

Today I brought in foil balloons that I purchased online (all great reviews) and were a quality brand. I asked for Party City to fill them with helium to blow them up for Mason’s family birthday party tomorrow, as I have done the past. The female worker clearly was untrained and struggled with the astronaut balloon and aggressively was trying to get it onto the helium valve. She finally asked another worker for help who discovered a rip in the balloon. The workers got the team lead at the store as I voiced frustration and sadness as I spent a lot of money on the balloons and that none of the balloons had tears in them prior to giving them to Party City staff. The store’s team lead has no empathy with a smug grin proceeded to lecture me about how I brought in a poor quality balloon and I should have bought balloons at the store. They did offer to replace with one of their’s though they did not have an astronaut to replace the one I brought in. Not one staff including the team lead apologized. When I expressed that my 5 year was going to be very disappointed the team lead continued to lecture me about not buying balloons from Party City. He even eluded that I was being dramatic. He gave me 15% which mind you was a $1 off my purchase and continued to not fix the problem. When I stated our family would no longer be coming or purchasing any products from Party City, the team lead shrugged said “ok” continued to have a smug smile.I have NEVER felt more disrespected at a store in my life. Poor service and no one would take responsibility for tearing the balloon and apologizing. The team lead was rude and seemed to find the situation amusing. None of these staff had to explain to a 5 year old that the primary balloon (astronaut) was ripped due to an untrained staff member and that he would not have this balloon for his party. None of them could find empathy instead they wanted a quick fix of replacing - no discount or replacement changes the fact that I had to tell me sweet boy he would not have the astronaut balloon that he has been so excited about getting blown up for weeks.Never again, will Party City see my family in their stores or buying products online from them. If this their culture, then we want no part. I want my kids to support stores that have empathy, take accountability for mistakes, and treat their customers respectfully!

Found lots of trinkets to fill Halloween bags for my grandkids at a good price. Singing balloons for under $10! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

I went to the GI location last weekend. As I went in, the first thing I saw were halloween costumes all over the floor. There was stuff scattered all through out the store, randomly placed. I used the restroom, and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a long time. The toilet was disgusting, with feces all over it. I just turned around. After finding the hats we needed, I decided to get a bag of the bulk candy for my daughter. The candy was all rock hard and stale. This store is in major need of help. Its sad how fast it went down hill. :( We loved Party City.

Party City can get a little pricey, but when it comes to cheap party favors they are decently priced. I have to say the gals working here are super friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks for helping me make my daughter's 5th Birthday memorable.

The staff doesn't really help much. It's extremely expensive. But you can find some cool knick knacks and random costume pieces throughout the year.

The staff was not so friendly. When I asked for something, it was almost like I was bothering them. Not to worry, your wages are paid by it purchases. I don't know who paid yours that hour but I left and went elsewhere. If I wanted self-serve, I would have gone to Wal-Mart to begin with.

This store is great for costumes and party related stuff. Staff are always nice and very helpful. I also use their online site. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the costumes could be better considering the price. But, they have a lot that you cant find in places like walmart...

Went there to check out the Halloween stuff. They had some interesting stuff at decent prices, but the quality was kinda poor. I wanted a masquerade mask but all of the ones I was interested in we're damaged on the bottom. Didn't look at the regular party supplies.

Store had everything I needed but service was horrible. Had an order of balloons to pick up at a certain time got there and they weren't ready, plus they took for ever to get stared and had all my order done by 30 minutes it took all employees to work in this but yet all they did was talk and take for ever.

Paid ahead for balloons and showed up to pick them up, nobody had a clue. Had to wait for quite a awhile to get them. Then had to wait to get someone who knew how to change out the helium tank. Would have ordered from somewhere else but my daughter was waiting.

A few friends and I decided to go to party City one night and pick up some Peppa pig tattoos. We were unaware that the store had already closed, and browsed for half an hour with the help of a staff member before they mentioned that they were closed already.

Has gone downhill in the past 10 years. Bathrooms are gross, boxes all over the store in aisles. Staff is unprofessional and manager is hardly ever seen.

Between the website and the store they have everything I need for birthdays and Halloween. The prices are sometimes high, but not ridiculously so.
