Larry Darr and his team did great work! I had bat exclusion work done in July of 23’ and the install was great. In April of 24’ we noticed that a bat may have gotten back into our place. Larry came back out with his team and re-secured and double checked to make sure that all potential openings were sealed up. Great team and full of integrity! I highly recommend!

Very polite, and punctual people. A little pushy to get you to sign the year contract, maybe it's for the better. Thee quarters way through the year I find roaches, why I called in the first place. When I called them about it they were here in less than a week, no questions asked, and the most thorough spraying yet. No charge! I am very satisfied customer. Only reason it's not 5 stars my year isn't up yet. Definitely 5 star company here in Nebraska.

The sales rep was great, the techs were awesome, there were issues with the scheduling of my appointment. I do have to say I feel much better knowing my home is protected from the two most destructive insects we currently know of. I had carpenter ants 🐜. Had tried over the counter treatments with minimal success. Do not have termites, but do not want termites either. My peace of mind is well worth the cost.

My experience with Orkin was so frustrating!! Will never use them again and definitely not recommending them to anyone! Worst customer service ever. Spent thousands of dollars and we have had a technician to our house four times and we still have a problem! Not satisfied and not happy for how much money I spent with no results! They also tried to make me pay for a service that I never signed up for.

Have always had friendly people come into my home & they all seem like great people but this company is terrible with scheduling. They’ll tell you the day before they are coming on “wed around 8-10” then you’ll move your schedule around & the day comes.. they reschedule. Just a pain. I had them patch up holes in my home for rodents & bats. The inspector came back saying it looks tacky & they’ll find redo it, well that was 6+ months ago & I haven’t heard any updates. I always have to reach out if I want an update on when they are expecting to get around to it& they say, “we haven’t forgot about you. You’re on our list” just frustrating. On the plus side I haven’t seen any mice.Services: Rodent extermination, General pest inspection, Bat extermination

Spent 1800 for someone to put little cages over vents on roof and be at my house for 1 hour. They just put cages and caulking up and charge 1800 to do so. Got three different explanation of services and then had to contact branch manager to get invoice and copy of contract. Don’t use Orkin for bats they are ridiculously overpriced.Service: Bat extermination

My saga started June 15, 2023. Had an Orkin employee come to the house to give an estimate for bat removal. Received a verbal estimate and was told someone would be in touch with me the following week. Did not hear anything so I texted the Orkin employee on June 30, 2023. Heard back on July 3rd that Orkin would contact the person doing the bat removal to “lock down a date”.Heard nothing. Texted July 12th inquiring about an update. No response. Texted again July 16th saying I really needed an answer because found another dead bat in my house. No response. Called Orkin on July 16th and told them I had not received a time for someone to come to my home. On July 25th received a call from Orkin and was asked if I still wanted to pursue services!! YESA manager did call on July 25 and I was assured someone would be out to my house.July 28 they were to be at the house at 1300. They did call at 1400 or so and said they were running late. They arrived at 1500 and I had to leave for an appointment. Never heard what was done.I received my bill and called because I had no idea what was done and when it was planned to remove the one way valve. Called Orkin August 10th and I requested they email the explanation of services. I was told a Larry would call. It is now August 21st and I have not received a call. This is very poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Would NOT recommend! Terrible customer service. They came out to do Bedbug Treatment and said they would be back in two weeks to check. Nobody every showed back up and bedbugs were still there. After calling several times, they finally showed up a month later. Thinking they would come back in 2 weeks to check their work, which they did not, I called the office again and was told they only give a 30 day guarantee on the treatment. Awesome they give you a 30 day guarantee and don't bother showing up until the end of the 30 days all for the low price of $1284.00.Service: Bed bug extermination

Very disappointed. The guy who originally came to check out our house was great. Very helpful and responsive. However after scheduling our first treatment nobody showed up for it. I gave Orkin a call about it and they weren’t sure why nobody ever showed up. We rescheduled it for a week out and same thing happened. Nobody showed up. I was told someone had to be at the house for the initial appointment to sign paperwork and it’s ridiculous taking time off work to be available and nobody shows up or bothers to give us a call to let us know they can’t come. Use this company. They charged me for lots of things that they did not do. Never on time. Never show up the same day the appointment was scheduled for. Told me they were going to fill any cracks that they found on my brand new house that was letting bugs in. Never did that. They would show up and less than 10 minutes they were going again. Billing department screwed up so instead of giving me a call they waited and then tried charging me a 90 day late fee because they did not run my card. Went with a different pest control company. When people are contacting you the situation is likely rather dire. I called and scheduled same day service only to receive a call back requesting they be able to postpone by 4 days. I'd pay double to fix the problem right now. I would never recommend this service to anyone. We we very unsatisfied with our service and told them when I called to pay the bill which I feel we should not have owed. They told me the bill was written off because the customer was unsatisfied. When they write off a bill, it means they send it to collections. Horrible, horrible customer service and service itself. Why would they send it to collections because the customer was unsatisfied?
