Have taken my dog there twice And each time she comes back smelling and looking wonderful and at last a long time longer than any other place I've taken her. I am really impressed with them they do a great job. Totally recommend !

Absolutely LOVE this place, they have doing my dogs for YEARS and are absolutely amazing with it. One of my dogs has little moles on her and they are always super careful with them and they always make her tail fluffy and ears and we have had many of our pets go to them since I can remember! They are also super gentle with my dogs and my dogs never get scared to go and they are quick with everything!!

Shaved my dogs coat so close to the skin I can see pink. Didn't do anything I asked. I got recommended to go there by someone close and I'm sadly disappointed. My dog won't be going back I could have done a better job

I am posting for my mom, she took her 11 week old Maltese in for a puppy cut...I was appalled at how she looked, the hair is so uneven, ears were not cleaned out of hair, feet were not cut in-between ,my 6 yr old Grand son could have done a better job, and on top of that, she charged me mom, $ 43.00! OUTRAGEOUS! Save ur heartache and find someone else who cares!

I love Muddy Paws!! My dogs chose them not me. When I picked them up from their first appointment they had no signs of distress or an unpleasant experience. They looked great and smelled even better!! They recognize when we are going to see Ashley and rush right in. My dogs are my best friends. I’ve been going to Muddy Paws for a little over a year now.

This was my first experience using Muddy Paws. My usual groomer was backed up for 3 weeks. I was able to get an appointment within a week.Because my dog is elderly and very large and has arthritis in his hips, I always caution the groomer to be easy with him. This is the first time that my dog hasn't come home from the groomer in pain. They treated him great! I am very impressed.I will definitely use Muddy Paws for all future grooming needs.Thank you so much!!

My babies always smell so good and they don't seem as stressed as they try to keep them together as much as possible and I love the fact that my baby girl doesn't have bows bands whatever they call them in her ears and they always tell me if they find something unusual so I can get it addressed asap.The staff is friendly with the dogs and parents. They treat the dogs like their own. I would recommend Muddy Paws to all dog parents.

Just got off the phone trying to schedule an appt for my Golden Retriever. First the lady says its going to be 4 weeks out. I said that was fine I know places are busy. She then says what is needed. I said a trim and overall grooming. The lady then states has my dog ever been groomed or bathed before? I said not trimmed/groomed professionally but yes I give my dog a bath often. She then restates "she has never been trimmed/groom?" I again, state no not professionally. I then inquiry on how long appts usually take and she goes on saying "well your dog has never been groomed it will take some time." I then decided not to continue because it is rude having someone in a judgmental tone think they can speak to you in such a way. My dog is well taken care of and I brush her daily and bathe her frequently. I noticed her hair was getting long on some ends so I wanted to take her in. I don't need a pet groomer who should be respectful to be judgemental about how I care for my dog. I called to make an appt not to get your criticism. Learn to have better customer service.

I was horrified when I saw what they did to Oz. My dogs will not be back there. They shaved him because he had too many 'rats". That is unacceptable in my world. They didn't even clip his nails or clean his eyes. They did a razor shave and that was it! I feel they shaved him so it would save time in theiir a schedule! I said, my dogs will not be back there ever again!
