One of the few department stores left in the area that actually has clothing for the whole family, in stock and in the right sizes. Order online, deliver in store or order in store, and pick up in store. Too easy. Pretty decent selection of clothing, shoes, bedd8ng and housewares at reasonable prices.

Seemed like most things were fairly picked over. Like they only get items once a month and I was there at the end of the month. I did find what I was looking for and for what its worth I maybe go to places like this once or twice a year.

Check your online orders before you leave the store with them. My sweater still had an alarm tag on it. Getting that off resulted in me having to drive all the way back because while it was still attached; it never set the alarm off. I didn't know until I was already back home. Might not have been so bad but I don't live in GI.

Clean, nice, open aisles, well stocked store with friendly employees. The prices are a bit higher than other stores with same products, but most items are in stock. If you shop smart and also use their coupons and bonus bucks you come out ok and you don't have to wait for shipping or fuss with UPS returns. Bathrooms and dressing rooms are clean. Nice housewares and linen department. Great selection of menswear, sportswear, ladies wear, shoes, colognes and perfumes, candles and special gifting ideas. Some Amazon items can be returned here in the customer service area at the back of the store (very convenient-but contact Amazon before you try to return items. Amazon has to approve and give you a code.) Busy, bustling parking lot so drive carefully. Wear your mask!

Kohl's was wonderful. I wanted to order perfume online but visited the store to make sure it was one I liked.The only downside is they were out of alot of testers.The sales associate was a real champ she made sure I was able to test the ones I was interested in.Word of advise they only get testers I believe once a year. When they are gone that's it. Best thing is not go after the holidays like I did. Wait a bit or even call if you are shopping for a new scent. They cost to much to be saddled with something you don't like.All in all a great experience besides that. Plus you earn Kohl's cash!!!

I love this place. It's Disneyland for me. There are great sales and many others perks that make shopping at Kohl's cost efficient. The quality of merchandise equals higher end shop without the price tag. The store is always clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a relaxing atmosphere to shop and just look around in.

I came here in the middle of the Christmas rush on the 24th of December. And the place was crazy and the people were helpful the ones that I could find. What I didn't like about this store though what kind giving a 3-star rating is the sheer lack of air circulation in the store it was stuffy and made me want to be in and out as soon as possible.

It's o.k., not my favorite. The cart I used was horrible, loud and a bit broke down. Check out was good, customer service good. Over priced on so much, even with a coupon. TJ maxx is a couple of doors down. I usually go to both and buy from TJ Maxx depending on what I'm looking for.

Can be pricey. It's usually worth it, but I've had a few occasions where spending a couple of extra dollars didn't mean extra value. Great sales that happen frequently which helps to offset the high prices, but if you need something NOW it might not be on sale.

Prices are a bit steep for a discounted department store. However, if you come on a lucky day where you can use a percent off coupon on top of a percent off the rack already, you can get some really good deals. The associate who somewhat assisted me In The Beauty Department was very condescending and belittling.

It's a home goods and clothing store , I only went in because I needed new clothes for a nice occasion. The place was also loaded with guys who had their wives or girlfriends helping them pick out clothes. You want to rate higher? Have a snapon tool section with an outdoor beer garden with comfortable lounging chairs . Plus get rid of the snooty looking people that you have to walk around. Than you will get more stars out of me !

I love shopping here. For instance, two employees greeted me while I shopped last time. But no one hovered. The prices are higher, but sales bring it down. And there are so many sales. They have high quality merch. It seems like the clothes I buy here end up being favorites in my wardrobe. Plus I always have to walk through the home decor area, I love their style. You'll probably think I'm Looney, but when I'm rushing around town running errands, if I have time I stop in, even if I don't need a thing. It just makes me happy. And sometimes I find the perfect ___.

I don't like that you can't use the percent off coupons on most of the store because most of the brands they carry are not included in the coupons. It's getting so I might as well not shop there anymore.
