Very hard to find what I wanted, however Mgr. was very quick to assist and get me right there.A bit like a "cattle chute" at check out, but they are all this way.Pricing always good, quality of products OK for DYI .....but not so much for commercial or industrial purposes.

For the few things I need here, the price and availability is fine. Some may question the quality and durability of their tools and equipment, but my needs are met, as stated. Prices are very reasonable, location is good and the staff on the floor gets then the 5th star. If it was up to the person at the register, only 4 stars. Overall, you can do worse in town than Harbor Freight for tools and shop items.

Your typical Harbor Freight store, has almost anything you need when it comes to tools. The staff is very knowledgeable and can help you find whatever it is you are looking for even if you don’t know what it’s called!! Prices are better than most places so if you like tools you should check this place out!!

This location is always well stocked and the crew working there,always friendly and ready to assist. One of our favorite locations.As a side note, HF has come a long way with quality tools. They have a line-up that will all needs and budgets.The Bauer Brand is worth spending your money on. I have used the heck out of the porta-band I bought and the hammer drill.Also, the Titanium Brand welding equipment is very nice. Depending on the model, they are made for HF by 2 of the leading welding equipment manufacturers.

Love it here. Fun, helpful people, great prices. Have never had a problem. Bought a generator, air compressor, floor jack, many hand tools, impact wrench, right angle grinder, have had zero issues. Get their coupon package for the best deals, and plan ahead and you wont be disappointed.

They got some good tools at good prices. You really can't beat it. I buy from here as much as I can. I bought a airless spray gun and I've yet to have a problem I painted my while entire house with it too.

Great place to get tools u need. They are very friendly and helpful whenever I go. Prices are unbeatable. Everything i have bought has got the job done. They have warranty u can buy on bigger item's. I highly recommend giving them a try if u have never been.

Worst experience ever! I went in specifically for an item in their flyer. I asked the clerk at the register before I went looking what aisle it was in. She had no idea what the item was that I was looking for. I asked the lady at the register for one of their flyers which she gave me. I opened up the catalog and showed her the item I was looking for. She did not have a clue as to what it was or what it did. I asked her to call her manager. I waited. There are people lining up behind me. I let them go ahead of me. She still doesn't call her manager after 3 people went ahead of me. I go to the aisle where the triangular sand paper and the tool I need is, and there's none there. Went up and down the whole aisle of power tools, found some wood dowel plugs I needed for shelves (2 rows of them). The price was $15.99 for a small bag, which I knew they were in the wrong place and wrong price. I grabbed a bag. She finally got a manager to come help me. They part I needed was empty on an end cap and they had none on their shelves. The manager explained that not everything that's in the flyer they carry in the store. if the clerk would've just called the manager the first time instead of wasting 20 minutes of my time I could've been in and out of there.

Very nice clean and very friendly people. Had an issue with a sway bar called harbor freight 10 minutes before closing said I was 20 minutes out but needed the sway bar so I could continue on. That's right Mr Nathan said no problem we'll wait for you. And he did. We rolled in at about 8:20 and he met us at the door. Not many people do that anymore.

Manager at this store goes above and beyond to reach outstanding customer service. What I have witnessed in this store is a breath of fresh air as what customer service use to be and is still reached for. She doesn't just strive for customer service but leads by example.

Wonderful store full of variety, offering tools for both backyard mechanic and professional with great prices. A warning though, significant others may want to accompany the shopper to keep purchases low. It's a man's candy store lol

Cheap crappy tools. If you have money to throw away go ahead and buy their tools. You get what you pay for. I knew better but the last time I bought something there was over 10 years ago. I thought after all that time you would think that they would want to improve. Not. Brought a pressure washer no way did it have the PSI that it say it did. Burn it up in 2 hours. When to return it they wanted to charge me a 10% fee. Never again.

Great visit today. Lots of Bargins. Cashier. Joyce was amazing at helping us find deals. We loaded a flat cart and parked it by the register. She had already found the relevant coupons by the time we had finished the rest of our shopping. Got hubby a 1 year membership for even more deals.

Wide variety of pretty much all tools and accessories. Like the pricing tags on hooks showing price comparison to other marketable/similar items. Clean store but don't see alot of help except checkout clerks and maybe 1-2 people running to back to pick up items not on shelf (larger compressors, drill presses, etc)

Husband called ahead and they set aside the tool with his name on it and held it till I got there the next day as promised and loaded it for me without hesitation or complaint, like other stores have done, shipping n receiving could use some pointers on how to not destroy the boxes and possibly damage the product. They do offer a discount on items that are scratched from the shipping n receiving department if you can live with a scratch or minor damage that doesn't affect the use of the tool then it's worth the buy with a discount for cosmetic damages.

The tools aren't always high end, but they're a good value. Some tools are much better quality than others. Nearly all the merchandise is made in China. For the diy or home shop, you can equip it quite reasonably.

Drove an hour to buy 5 drawer tool box day 2 of week long sale clerk informed me they are sold out of the 6 they had this is a front page item on the flyer and they had 6 can't express how disappointed I am will not shop here again

Harbor freight us great to pick up that special tool you will only use occasionally. If you will be using it everyday, it may not work the day you need it. I buy lots if tools here but I only use them for my side jobs and hobbies. GREAT prices for good tools.

The store in Omaha doesn’t answer their phones at all. I’ve called 20 times and no answer.I purchased a 4x8 trailer from HF and they provided me with a title but did not sign it over to me. Therefore I cannot register it at the DMV and it’s been a nightmare.
