I tried to call and schedule and appointment for my Aussie to get groomed. He does have an issue with new people near me and even informed them that he will be muzzled when I bring him In and as soon as I leave, he's the sweetest boy ever. I was informed that they don't groom big dogs and I should try somewhere else. That struck me as odd since I've seen big dogs go in and out all the time in passing and some of their other reviews describe larger dogs.

This is the 3rd and last time I’ve taken my dog. Between the 2nd and 3rd I started grooming him myself and usually don’t mind doing so, but life got busy. I took him in to get a “trim” and specified to keep his beard & eyebrows. Half of the beard was shaved off (along with most of his fur) down to the skin and they didn’t even take care or the knot on the side of his face. You can see multiple uneven shave lines on his face as well. I don’t know how I’m going to fix this- going to take months of growing out before I can correct it. You’ve lost my business.

I LOVE grooming Dales!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else!!❤️❤️ My dog is very shy and scared of getting his nails clipped and they do an amazing job and he feels comfortable there! I would recommend to anyone looking for their pet to be groomed❤️ Also everyone there is VERY friendly and they have great communication!

I have taken my dogs there twice, my st.bernard had thick hair (coat) I wanted her hair thinned and cut short, when I got back my Bernard was shaved! It's not what I wanted but I am so GRATEFUL SHE DID IT THAT WAY! that's how we found the lump on her backside, it was melanoma! We didn't know that it was there ,so the groomer actually saved her life!! Thank you ! I will always take my dogs there and always get my Bernard, Bella shaved! God bless you! Katrina Glassmyer ♡♡

I am very unhappy with the service I got. I took my shih tzu there to get a "trim". The groomer shaved him. When she shaved him she did it unevenly, in some spots it is a half inch longer than other spots. She also shaved his stomach down to the skin. She shaved his "boy parts" and hurt him, now we have to put a cone on him and put medicine on his parts. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
