I went into get a vape and didn’t know what I wanted, Erica Garcia was so nice and so helpful she let me try some flavors and gave me some suggestions to help me out. I ended up finding a good one and my experience was great thanks to her. I stopped in to the Bosselman location this morning 11/19/23. I was so excited to see Franck. He is absolutely the best. He is very knowledgeable and remembers the flavors that I like and also my husbands favorites. The store is always clean. Franck is always so positive.

Honestly upset. I was told by Jessica if I have to ask for a raffle I’m suppose to get two. I paid then had to ask for a raffle and the cashier refused to give me two. I know I never win. But why tell me I’m supposed to get two and not follow that I’m just confused I guess. I wish I got Jessica again. Better service by far. Joe Estrada was my cashier per receipt and I just wish I got two. Since I had to ask AFTER paying for getting a raffle.

Used to be a regular customer in the kearney store but recently moved to G.I. and love this store. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable and fast to help. Just bought the Geekvape t200 touchscreen mod kit and the person helping me was awesome. Absolutely recommended this place to EVERYONE, will be going back and the Only place to get my business for all my vaping needs.

Nestled in a corner of Bozeman's truck stop this place shines bright! They have lots of options for vaping! What's even better is the people who work there! Each one has an awesome personality and a vast knowledge of the products they sell. I'm never disappointed nor do I feel like I'm being sold to. Please recycle your empty disposables at INTERSTATE BATTERIES.While I appreciate the array of disposable vape brands and the selection of flavors they offer, I am astonished that eTitan does not offer a way to recycle a disposable device that will not only have long term environmental impact, but also poses a risk of fire. Yes, batteries are harmful to the environment, and I am in disbelief that people have been so casually throwing them on the ground when they run out. I have found them at the park and school grounds. I thought you liberals were environmentally conscious, but it is clearly just an act. Since this business is unwilling to provide this service, please provide a large, easily visible sign that reads:PLEASE RECYCLE YOUR EMPTY DISPOSABLE AT INTERSTATE BATTERIES.

Bought a space max box yesterday, took it out and it was flashing blue lights so tried to charge it and still wouldn't work so I drove an hour back and the manager Amanda told me that sorry it's half way gone so I can give ea 20% discount on a new one. I never got to try it so I would have to basically pay for 2 to even try 1? Worst damn service I have ever had here. I figured at least they would exchange it for one that worked but got a big FU instead.

My very first time in the store. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in helping me find my first vape pen so that I could try to cut back on smoking. I will most definitely be back in. I appreciate the help for sure. Great store and great people!

This vape store is the bomb and so is Frank! We have gotten many disposable vapes from here and today bought 2 mod’s with extra coils and juice. Frank was VERY helpful with lots of knowledge and makes it a point to get to know what his customers like and are looking for. Every time we come to Grand Island, we ALWAYS stop by to get restocked. They have a great selection and employees are very knowledgeable on ALL their products.

Plus, their stock is always being updated.The staff is always attentive, helpful, and they never forget to point out current deals, discounts, and sales.
