The worst service ever. Me and my family entered the store we were the only ones there. There was three employees that looked at us walk in and didn’t even bother to say hello. We stood there for a few minutes for someone to take our order. We knew that they might’ve been busy due to the drive through, but still it’s the fact that they completely ignored us. Due to them ignoring us and not valuing our time, we left.

Not worth the price for these the egg tasted old.. and the girl at the drive thru was more asleep than anything not good service and wasn’t very much attentive when asked a question or when I gave her the money she was out of it.

Usually i have a good visit to this dunkin’. This time I definitely did not. I asked for a grilled cheese and my iced coffee as usual. I had to ask to have my grilled cheese remade because the toast was cold and my cheese was not melted at all. Not to mention they did not tell me when my grilled cheese was ready we had to guess if it was ours or not. They remade it but the quality was terrible yet again. I definitely think it depends on the staff, this staff was mostly teenagers and they were complaining loudly about orders and what the costumers were doing which is unprofessional.

i LOVE dunkin’ donuts but this location is the worst. last time i went they ran out of donuts 🙄 this time , this is the “ASSORTMENT” i got 😐 there was only one with sprinkles that my son got before i took a picture. the donuts all look and taste old. i’m so disappointed i don’t even want to try to go back again 😢(also dunkin’ is known for their themed donuts so i was expecting valentine’s day type donuts, i highly recommend you go to a different place if you want good soft donuts, you probably will have better luck with casey’s.)

I'm a big fan of Dunkin', but this location seemed annoyed with my dairy-free needs. The food was good and the service was quick. I do appreciate that they have dairy free options for lattes!

I ordered 5 sausage patties with egg and cheese! No bun, no wrap, just 5 sausage patties egg and cheese! They charged me $4.59 for each one! I told the lady at the window your charging me full price. She talked to someone she came back and said that was the price they couldn't change it. Got home and I opened my sack and they gave me 5 sausage egg and cheese wraps at full price, not even at the wrap price. You want to know why customers get upset, this is why! Pay attention to the customers order and get off your dam phone when your working! From now on I will go in and order and raise holy Cain if my order is not right! NO CELL PHONES WHILE YOU ARE WORKING, I CAN DO IT YOU CAN TOO.

I gat a caramel iced coffee large and I was shocked by the price! The first drink I was like okay not bad then however after that it tasted different. It had a bad after taste and I did not care for it at all. I did try to order a breakfast sandwich but the oven was broken. It took a while to get my coffee and the person in front of me as well. For one coffee drink? I think it was crazy!

Always like stopping at different Dunkin’s across the different states when traveling on the east the past couple years. It’s interesting how each store carries different doughnuts then another. The staff yesterday could use customer service classes if they even exist these day. Maybe customer service just doesn’t matter to businesses any longer, the whole experience made for stale awkward atmosphere while we were there. Hope the others Dunkin’s are not this way. I guess we will see along our way over the next six weeks before heading back home in Idaho!

I got the coconut donut and my son got the maple frosted long john and we both got the butter pecan iced coffee. His donut was soft and moist but mine was dry and I couldn't taste the coconut. He liked his coffee and I thought my coffee was so so, it wasn't very sweet. I will go back again to try other menu items. My son's donut was very tasty.

Terrible drive thru lane. Customers waited long time for service. Some backed up & just left. I ordered 1 drink & was just about to leave too. When I mentioned the slow service & that they were losing customers, she acknowledged & said it was a training dayI would think weekends would be busiest days- who with common sense would try to train new people on a Sat. thru noon?

Was easy to order on app. Food was ready when I arrived. But the hashbrowns were cold and burnt and the grilled cheeses were barely warm. My donut was missing. Our drinks were 3/4 of the way filled. Overall not greatly impressed. Hastings one much better. Even their 1st week open

I wish I could leave 0 they can’t answer their phones and the order was rang up right but the teenager they hired gave me the wrong drink and couldn’t even take the order not to mention it took over 10 minutes for them to attempt then stopped us then attempted again I tried to call to complain to a manager but don’t bother calling them at all because they don’t care enough to answer their phones and if you go here your order will be messed up since the people at the drive thru can’t even take an order or make the right order even though it’s in front of them this store needs to retrain their whole staff when I used to come it was great and that was before all the teenagers were hired there is so much more but no point in posting bc none of the staff there care about their customers i would rather go to the Hastings one or to paradise donuts which is sad that a family owned is better than a huge company and plus they are always out of donuts when that’s the main thing they sell

Had to go back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried Dunkin again. I got the same thing I did the day before. Both times my bagels were frozen. This time went back and said hey my bagels are frozen. Clerk apologized and did give me a $3 gift card. Both women were nice. So they cooked it again, and she said this time should be good. AGAIN frozen. Disappointed is an understatement. Maybe microwave is broke. I was ok waiting for a long time because they are short staffed but not ok to receive frozen food.Tried to give them another try. Came before closed. They closed the kitchen down per their words so they can get out on time. That’s horrible customer service. Came 30 min before close.

I never write bad review ever but Uhhhhh drive thru took 45 minutes. Compared to the Omaha locations who take never take more than 5 minutes max and are way busier. I would not waste your time or money. 40 minutes should be long enough time to make bagel bites

Been here multiple of times and they’ve done fantastic service each time! Manager made sure we had our breakfast sandwiches hot and ready, the teamwork was phenomenal. didn’t mind the wait due to the long lines. All the baristas handled the lines so well. They barely opened so it’s understandable that they’re overwhelmed. But they get the job done. Keep up the great work!

Very sad first experience. Person taking my order could not remember it, even after I repeated it 3 times (4 donuts & 1 coffee). Then when I arrived home, out of the 4 donuts only 1 was correct. They was only 1 left at the store of the ones we wanted. Which is supposed to be a staple of Dunkin. Not going to recommend going here. Line is way too long and took almost 30 minutes. Also service is very questionable. Hope this improves over time with more training.
