I actually like this Dollar Tree. However, sales clerk couldn't say thank you to anyone or anything. I was not impressed. Perhaps the worst customer service in that respect I think I've ever gotten.

Got munchies for kid, they have garden vegetables seeds & flower seeds out now....YAY lol & a bunch of stuff.1/5/24--it was sorta messy today. I will have to go to one on s. locust cuz needed specific stuff since they have v-day stuff, but this one so collided & just stuffed all over, couldn't find a darn thing.

I gave a five star to DANIEL and MARIELA ( I might have misspelled her name) they were stocking the shelf’s and organizing they where doing an amazing job!! He was even willing to help me find and item for my daughter. Thank you so much for your hard work.

OPEN Today (6/16/23)!!! They are still closed (6/10/2023), I see today that they are listing this store as temporaily closed. No additional information as to why it's closed or when it will open again. Again today, the store remains closed (6/7/2023)...No additional information on the door as to why it's closed. This store is still closed (6/5/2023). Has been closed for over a week now (since 5/27/2023). Tried to call no answer...

Cashier that works nightly doesn't seem to enjoy much of anything. The store looks very clean and much more organized than i have ever seen. The new prices provide a wider variety of items to choose from with better quality. This location can become very busy, lines are long but the cashiers put in enough efforts together so that the wait time is tolerable.

This dollar tree is very big. They even have the dollar plus items meaning the 3 and 5 dollar stuff. They still have Alot of Christmas bags left if you are looking to stock up and everything was very easy to find. Although being the day after Christmas They are out of a handful of items.

Good quality for the price you pay, some items even exceeded expectation! MASON is great, always have a smile on her face, and even remember my name as I have an online order pick up. Don’t see a retail staff with heart everyday. Wish her all the best in her career.

It’s very sad that a company is ok with losing 10 amazing employees all because the district manager will not help, is rude and expects her managers to do her job for her. Hopefully one day they realize it’s the district manager who cause the store to go down hill.

I Love this Store! I can get everything from toy cars for my Grandkids to Special treats for my Sweet Dog. They have Chicken Nuggets and Fries, my Grandson's Favorite; to the Seasonal decorations for any Holiday. And best of All - it's just One Dollar! Love this Store! Dollar Tree is still one of my favorite stories, just a few weeks ago, they went to everything being $1.25 each . That makes a difference, but things are still way more affordable than most stores. And they have this "fairly new" area that is totally crafty. You can get yarn, paint, brushes, wood cut outs and many other craft things. Anyway, as I said, "I Love this Store".

There was only one cashier working and the line, if straight, would have nearly reached the back of the store. Lots of fun items. My first time in a Dollar Tree.****Edited after 6 months****Dropped a star as now many items that used to cost $1.00 went up to $1.25. Now many of these items are less expensive at Dollar General, Wal-Mart, Target or even local small town stores. Help is still difficult to get when shopping here.Really going downhill even as far as store cleanliness. Ick

The new manager is doing an amazing job. The store is much cleaner and more organized. Also when a line starts to form she jumps on a register to help so you don't have to wait forever. Keep up the good work.

I just loved to Grand Island and was so excited to finally have a dollar tree in my own town. Well to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Store was extremely dirty and so many shelves left bare. My son had gone with $2 to pick out a couple toys and was so upset with the toy aisle. I couldn’t believe how empty it was. We had checked out the one in Lincoln when we flew in and that one was 1000 times better. Really hope this was just a bad day to go and it’s not a normal situation.

So dirty! Nothing on the shelves, and it seems like the staff do not care! It would be so nice to have a good dollar tree like some of them in lincoln Nebraska. Please do something about this Grand island deserves it way better

Dollar tree has good deals but this store was HORRIBLE! had one employee standing by a stocking cart complaining to a customer about how they never have anyone to stock shelves and keep the store clean. I'm sure she could of been stocking instead of complaining. This store was filthy and boxes empty and taped everywhere. You literally have to walk around the boxes laying in the isles. Not the employee checking out was nice but seemed annoyed by everyone

This dollar tree needs some major work. Shelves are hardly stocked, they hardly ever have what you are looking for and the store is dirty. People come into the store and make messes of the aisles and no one bothers to straighten it up. They need more cashier's so customers are not standing in long lines. I have been in other dollar trees and I have to say this is the worse one I have been in.

This Dollar Tree is constantly out of stock. Today the shelves are almost empty and boxes everywhere, with no one to restock. Always a long line, though it has gotten somewhat better. This location doesn't seem to get many of the items the other stores do.

I went to Dollar Tree in Grand Island NE today. On door there are signs saying Masks mandatory. No one admitted without masks. She I saw people in line without mask and I asked clerk if they enforced the policy. She said No. So my question is why bother to put up sign if you're not willing to enforce the policy. That is false advertising. Don't know if I will be going back anytime soon. Don't advertise that the store is safe when it Definately is not.

I shop here quite a bit. Usually when I need one item or so. Today one of the employees called me out for coming in the store to much. She did it in front of a lot of customers. I was embarrassed and felt like I did something wrong. I just moved to grand island from des Moines and have been replacing items as I unpack. Walmart and dollar general will now get my business. I will not be back

I went for a mother's day card around 4pm. It wasn't terribly packed. People were cordial and the cashier was nice. Overall a good shopping experience

The worst experience shopping online and picking up in store, the order was placed on January 22, I needed it before Valentine's day and I only received a part of the order, I contacted customer service and until today March 20 I never had a refund for that product that I did not receive, terrible customer service, I will definitely not buy from them again!And I definitely do not recommend it! the store manager I spoke to was unprodesional and very rude!

Ive been to Dollar Stores in Hastings, Beatrice, Omaha, Ne City and Missouri. This store is by far the worst of them all! Dirty, empty shelves, disorganized, boxes setting around everywhere, not alot of selection (because its still boxed up). I was very disappointed after visiting this location. Not worth stopping in.

The dollar tree store in grand island has gone down hill shelves always empty ! Boxes of products lying all over the floor n the aisles make ing it hard get around! N used to be shopping carts a. Lot of them Not know! Store is dirty also! Beleive poor management of store by store manger is too blame! Used to be a nice store!

There was one employing being helpful. She was asking everyone if they needed help finding anything. However, we had a long line and only one clerk to check out every customer. Finally called someone to help check customers out.

It's so easy to walk into Dollar Tree and fill a cart. Everything is a dollar or less and they get different items in a the time. You never know what to expect. I would recommend!

Customer service was excellent tonight. Very disappointed that the south Dollar Tree was closed at 6:00pm. Come on really!!!
