Every time I go to Orschelns, I am greeted by a cashier, and access to a shopping cart is easy. The store has a relaxed shopping environment, much like the local hardware store. Locating what items I need is easy, and the prices are fair. Checking out is a breeze, quick and efficient. And I am thanked for shopping there. The only knock on this store is the amount of freight in aisles awaiting stocking or storing away by an employee, but that seems to be normal in every store now, regardless what retailer it is. Many stores in this town are a challenge, an aggravation, to shop in. Those stores have survived because of pricing and massive selection, in spite of their many flaws and shortcomings which are obvious to notice. I am glad Orscheln sticks to the down-home, small-town farm store approach to retail. That is why they have earned my patronage.

They had the item that was in the black friday ad right at the door. They helped me confirm it was the right product from the ad and all of their registers were open and they were moving people thru quickly!Can't beat that.

Due to an elbow injury, I couldn't lift the bag of dog food I needed. An awesome young man carried the bag to the register and out to my vehicle. Very polite people always!

I always enjoy different farm stores. This one definetly offers an array of different items from clothing to feed, to equipment. Its kind of the one stop shop for farmers and ranchers. They usually have descent prices and a good selection of each type of item. They also have really cute bunnies that are always fun to look at while your waiting for your husband to look at All the different kinds of parts :)

Orschein Farm & Home is our "go-to" store for farm supplies. Yesterday we purchased fly control products for our horses along with landscape materials. The stores are always well stocked and the staff pleasant and helpful. Prices are also competitive.

I was charged twice on the same trip. They say it doesn't show on their side, Even though I gave them my bank statement sheet,I have to fight with them to get refund. I don't know how many people they do this to but one is to many

They're an farm and Ranch store I've been buying the clothing and supplies for out door working to stay alive 365 day's a year so the cattle and other livestock can stay alive too,I ride a horse and not able to just wait until the weather clears I put my trust in God and Orscheln Farm & Ranch stores

Well I was very disappointed today!! I went to the store today to buy gamebird ration and chick starter. OUT!!!! AGAIN!!!! The very nice clerk,Kim, informed me that they don't order feed at the store level and that the feed producer send what they want and not what they need. She even said she had sold some chicks for an order today and had no chick starter yo sell them. YOU ARE LOOSING MONEY!! Fix this or I'll be forced to buy fred some where else. I don't want to do this!!!
