A very satisfying meal. Service was good too. The restaurant AC was a bit too strong but otherwise the restaurant was perfect. Great wings. Great pizza.

If you’re on the interstate just go to Cozad or north platte. If you live here don’t here. The cook can’t even “cook” the pizza. You pull it apart and the dough will still be stretchy. Floppy crust, and they never add the right toppings to your pizza or side salad. Pizza Hut NEEDS to educate their employees on COOKING basics and READING basics. Digorno beats this delivery 😂😂

Asked to leave a tip for a carry out order. Order was not even done up right. Items missing and no special requests so why do the employees expect a tip for not even getting to order right. The girl that rang me up when I walked in to pick up was nice enough but asking for a tip is outrageous. There has been an increase in the expectation that someone should be tipped for just doing their job. I am tired of constantly being made to feel shammed into giving my hard earned money to someone who is already getting paid to do a job. If someone goes above and beyond then I have no problem giving a tip but to expect before hand is ridiculous. They didn’t even get my order right. Time to take a stand people!!

I drive a semi truck so I’m always eating at places that I’ve never eaten at before. I wasn’t expecting much but the pizza, wings, and breadsticks were made very well and my custom pizza came out great. It really made my day.

Ordered on the app and got there at the time told it would be ready. When I pulled up to the window they were very rude with me and told me I had to pull up and wait for my food. I asked when it would be done and she told me she didn't know and slammed the window in my face. I pulled forward and waited 20 min until they brought out my food. I got home and 2 off my 3 melts were the wrong flavor. This is about the 6th time I've ordered there and got the wrong food. One of those times was a dine in time. This place just does not know what they are doing.

We ordered online for pickup while on a road trip - the waitress there was friendly and helpful - got us napkins and plates and a cup (she even had noticed how many of us walked in!). Our food was super fresh. The bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The men's room even had a changing station as well as the women's.

Waited an hour for a pizza I never got an was the only one in there ONLY person in the entire place.Then the young waitress claimed it was because she was a teenager and became VERY RUDE an disrespectful as I was trying to pay for my drink and salad that I did finally get with the wrong dressing... Won't be visiting this place again very disrespectful place ....

I go in a decent bit, and i get the wings, they usually mess them up and they would fix them, but the last time i went in and they messed them up, i asked for them to fix it and the manager said they couldn’t because i had asked for them to be fixed too many times. If you don’t want people calling for the food to be fixed, DON’T mess it up🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

This is one of the best Pizza Hut locations I have ever been to! The pizza was piping hot and fresh, the boneless wings were spot on, and the side salad was fresh and tasty!! It's super cool inside the building too! Horseshoe bar to grab a beer while you wait for your pizza. We will be back!

The waiting time for food can take a while here. The place was hotter insider than outside that 90 degrees I asked for a beer that took him 25 minutes to serve and I have to keep waving at the waiter to get the remaining of my order to took the over an hour he forget each time what my order was and after I decided to go and wanted to check out the made mistake with my change by giving me $5.00 less than what I am to get. Please check you order and change and if you are real hungry this not the place.

Sweet kids running the show. We ordered by phone while on I-80, pulled up in 20min. and the order was all ready! We walked up to the Drive Thru & gave the staff a good laugh on a slow Sunday night! Shout out to our Customer Service Rep: KoningOC :)

Food was good, however service is extremely slow. Even with Covid, it took 25 mins for one appetizer to come out and 45 minutes for the food. We didn't get the second appetizer we ordered, even after we asked if it was coming out. We were able to finish our whole meal and it still didn't come out. We went up to the counter and told them to forget it, we were ready for the check. Then they still charged us for the 2nd appetizer! So when we told them we never received it, the waitress actually went back to check and see if it was coming out. After telling her we had been there for over an hour, we were ready to go, she took off the appetizer and offered an apology. Not that I was looking for free food, but a discount would have been nice to make up for what had happened.

We had bone-in and bone-out fried wings with a side salad. Also, ordered pizzas. All orders were on time and delicious. I think the prices are really fair for what you eat. They have a dine-in option. So it was also nice to eat in a restaurant again. The staff were all so kind.

First time being here since the remolding, what a change for the good.I like the idea of being able to order 2 different sizes of salad with what I want on them not just however they want to make them.The bar area and TV's really add to the place 👍

Dough was very undercooked. I have never received a pan pizza which wasn't browned around the edges, but not just the edges it was very soft throughout. Also I didn't want onions on my pizza. My fault for not checking my pizza but I called it in for a reason I'm a truck driver with a long way to go and a short time to get there.

Stopped here on our way through to Iowa on a family trip. Pizza was ready when expected. Staff was super friendly. Food was delicious. Nothing negative to say. Thanks folks

We decided to order pizza tonight so I went to Pizza Hut website and located the Gothenburg Pizza Hut phone number upon calling after the phone wrong several times a gentlemen picked up. We asked home for the specials of which he went through to tell us about. But since it was nothing we wanted we ordered a meat lovers, a supreme and bread sticks. $45 ( price is outrageous). The guy then asked for the card number and zip associated with the card at this point I asked was this the Gothenburg Pizza Hut and he said yes. I proceeded to give him the card information then he asked for the zip code again. Which I gave 69138. He said your pizza will be delivered in 25 mins.Waiting for the pizza to arrive I received a phone call from the delivery driver that said he could not find our address. So I told him it’s 709 10th st. He said ma’am I’m at 705 10th st so I told him we across the street. At this moment he said he was at a house at the corner. I walked to my porch to look for him and I didn’t see him. He said I’m on east 10th st. So thinking he was on the wrong st I told him there is no East st in our address just 709 10th st. So he tried to locate our house. While I was on the phone with him I told him once you cross the bridge over the railroad tracks it’s the first st on the right. The gentleman went on to say that there is a park playground once you cross the bridge. So then I asked him where are you he said Cozad and I told him that’s the problem we’re in Gothenburg. To my surprise they don’t deliver to Gothenburg so we would have to cancel the order then call Gothenburg to place the order. I told him I’ll just come pick it up bc that’s where the problem started by placing the order online.This is the second time this has happened and to be honest it’s very frustrating. I drove to Cozad to pick up our order to get Luke warm pizza and cold breadsticks.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

The Edge pizza was delicious, ordered it for delivery, was delivered quickly with no problems, very fast and convenient, chocolate chip cookie and brownie were also delicious!! Enjoyed my order and will definitely order from them again

Ordered a taco pizza online, went and picked up and it was just crust and meat! Luckily I live in Gothenburg so I took it back. And when I did the crew looked dumbfounded and asked me what I wanted to do. I told that I wanted the pizza made correctly and then preceded to wait 25 minutes for it to be done. Then when the waiter brought it out to me never even offered anything in return......I would have been better off driving to cozad to have it made correctly.
