We have shopped at True Value for years. They went under new ownership about a year ago and Bobbi and Kirby have been doing a great job to keep up the same customer service and selections. 10/10 would recommend!

I needed technical advice on a kitchen flourscent light that wasn't working. A new bulb & a starter switch didn't fix the problem. A ballast was suggested. The final result was success. Thanks for all your help.

This store was advertising buy one get one free all over the store to include a gallon of paint that I was purchasing, when I asked about the buy one get one free, the store clerk said he would knock off 30% but only gave 10% rebate on the gallon I was purchasing. He wouldn't honor the advertisement. I spent over $80 in the store that day. was my favorite store too...argh!!!
