Have always been pleased with service here. Have had mower service and blade sharpened which has always been a quick turnaround (next day) with prices being reasonable.Have also purchased a used snowblower here and was very pleased as well. Staff were upfront with the machine needing some additional service done before they would let it leave as they didn't want it going out if it wasn't in prime operating condition. Once it was ready they even delivered it out that same day!Have also been able to stop in and get advice on my current equipment without having to bring it in which is a huge time saver if you are able to do light work on your own equipment.Will be coming back for future needs.

Had a belt come off my personal pace Toro and couldnt get to it myself to get it going, called em up and they said could be stretched belt or transmission. Took it in expecting the worst and a big bill, as comes with service of something, but left very happy. Couldn't reccomend them any higher.

Very disappointed with service from this company. I was needing assistance with ordering replacement bags for a mower. My husband called and spoke with someone who gave him what they needed for info to look into ordering the bags. I then called and left a message over a month ago with that info. I never received a call back so I called back a couple weeks ago and they took my info and I have never received a call back. I shouldn't have to chase the company to order parts through them. I will be looking elsewhere for replacement parts.

I looked all over Kearney for a blade for my mower and couldn't find one. My Grandson said to go to Buffalo Outdoor Power, they are the best! They had the right blade. They are very well known in Kearney for good service. The staff is very friendly helpful.

Went to Buffalo Outdoor Power on a friend's recommendation to look at mowers. I found an incredible assortment of new and pre-owned garden equipment and a staff of friendly low pressure sales and service persons. Ended up with the best mower I have ever owned, customized to my choice of options

My parents recently sent our riding lawnmower in to get the oil changed. When we got it back and tried to use it, smoke and fire started to billow out from the hood and made a noise that sounded like the blade hitting against the inside. We have tried to call them to get our money back, but they haven’t been picking up their phone. Now we have to get charged again by another company to get it fixed. Total rip-off, don’t go through this company.

Absolute garbage customer service. I purchased an engine to replace an engine that had busted a connecting rod. The engine was installed for 3 months and started smoking really bad. I called the company that I purchased the engine from and they told me that it was past their return policy time but there was a 1 year warranty and I should contact the manufacture. So I called Kohler for their warranty provider, which happened to be Buffalo Outdoor Power. They had this engine for 10 days to call up and tell me that there was excessive oil in the muffler. I asked to talk to the tech and he told me that he looked it over and it was good, and not covered under warranty. I said ok, paid the money and re-installed. So I fire this thing up, and the smoke pouring out of nearly caused the fire dept to show up. So I wait till the next day, and it the same thing. It takes 25 minutes for the smoke to stop. I call Buffalo Outdoor Power and talk to I assume the owner. He says that a more experienced tech and him will go right over and look at this. This was a 10 days ago. STILL NOT FIXED AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The equipment is less than 5 miles away.
