I love the location, I live in the park just to the west, by Terry Lake. Great staff. Be careful though, I ordered the Purina Raw Chow and it gave me the squirts.

The front desk staff was very kind. I didn't meet a Dr. But all my fur baby needed was to be neutered. The ladies at the front told me how to take care of him for the next few days and what to watch for.

I had to put my 16 year old dog to rest and as hard as it was I was comforted by the staff, they were gentle and assured me that he would feel no pain. I also took my 1 year old dog in when sh ate bird dropping and became very sick. The let me break up my payments for the visit and medications. She us now 1 1/2 years old and healthy. Amazing service from start to finish. My dog is very skittish and has some past trauma. All technicians handled her with care, make her and I feel comfortable, and treat her for a great price. I love Midtown and will continue to use their services for my current and future animals.

I take my rats and my cats here. The care is excellent, and the cost is reasonable! We recently adopted a puppy and will be establishing care with Dr. Upp. When we had to put our 15 year old dog down, they were amazing and helped us through the process. I always recommend Midtown Animal Hospital.

Incredible care, punctuality, and support from all staff. On top of providing routine care, their emergency services are top notch. They get you in right away and do everything in their power to help ensure your animal is happy and healthy. Additionally, the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

After paying $300 for a single pet vet visit elsewhere, my wife and I were reluctant to trust any animal hospital in town. Midtown saw both of our cats, gave us 4 medications and ran tests for us. When the dust was settled we paid only half of what we paid at other places. Great prices, great staff, and very knowledgeable. Gained a lifelong customer from one visit.

I took my cat and dog here. We are new to town and both needed shots and kitty needed 2 surgeries. We picked our dog up the same day, but the cat had to stay overnight. I finally called them 3 minutes before close because I never got an update. I picked her up the next morning and they gave me 3 medications to give her. The front desk lady was super nice, but wasn't knowledgeable at all as to what the meds were for. My cat kept sneezing and she wasn't sure if it was an upper respiratory or just allergies. Not once did a doctor or even a tech speak to me. Animals are part of people's families. You sure as heck wouldn't have 2 surgeries on your family member and never speak to anyone about it. I gave 2 stars just because the front desk ladies were so sweet and kind and the place was clean and not smelling like a thousand wet dogs. I won't be taking my babies back there again, though. It was Dr. Ashley who is on the medication scripts, so if you do choose this place, request someone other than her if you're having anything significant done.

During a recent medical emergency, Dr Upp and his staff did everything they could to accommodate getting my cat in and taken care of....even during a blizzard. Dr Upp went over and above to make a very stressful (and emotional) situation easier on me. I have been taking my pets to him for over 20 years because he is very knowledgeable and compassionate.

They were absolutely great until dr. Derk's left since then they have went downhill they misdiagnosed my dog this morning and told me that she had to be put down right then well just a mile and a half away they gave me a glimmer of hope and put my dog in the hospital over the weekend but at least I have a chance of Hope but I guess what do you expect for 275 dollers for a seven and a half minute evaluation of your pet's health if you care about your dog take it somewhere else

They were very polite and were happy to board our dog (pitbull mix). They even took care of vaccinations and such while she was away. Great prices too! $20/day to board a 80 lb dog!

Our Rottweiler decided to split his nail all the way to the base over Memorial Day weekend. We called Saturday morning and got an appt within an hour. Dropped him off and we’re told we could pick him up at 430 and someone would meet us there to release him.Needless to say, these people are amazing. Super friendly and very compassionate for your animals!Guinness is doing great and gives you a 5 paw review!Thanks so much for what you do.

If you want really bad service and to wait 1 hour to have the vet actually come and see your animals I don’t recommend this place!!!!! We will NOT ever come back to this place!!!!! If you hate your job so much quit!!!!! The staff was not helpful, the front office guy was NOT friendly or helpful!!!!!!!
