Do NOT go in the morning. I know it seems like that would be a great time! Less crowded. But they open ONE register. Tons of employees but one register. All those self checkout lanes and they only have one register open? I don’t often comment on stuff like this but this isn’t the first time.

Shout out to the young woman working the self checkout 2 days before Christmas! I didn’t catch her name but she had things running like a well oiled machine during the holiday madness. She was so vigilant, looking all over for anyone that needed help and guiding people to move things along. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name. Corporate GREED. Self checkouts always closed, nobody checking people out. Staff seems to try and avoid patrons, just not a feeling of enjoyment when your spending your money.

Walmart has really been stepping up their game as far as providing quality products however, they lack workers to check customers out. And as you are walking out they treat you as though you have done something suspicious. Lines to checkout are ridiculously long. And another complaint that I have is that they don’t honor mispriced items and always claim that it has to be other customers going around changing the prices of items. This is absurd. It’s happened to me a handful of times. It’s not other customers doing this, it’s the workers!! So start honoring the prices that are marked… I can only imagine it’s illegal if you don’t.

This store is… different. The store feels empty and barren. You walk in to people staring at you, the floors could use a good mopping, and the store is organized about as well as a 5th graders bedroom. I’m sure there’s just some remodeling happening but I just don’t like the vibes of this store. Employees will however make sure at any cost they see that receipt. Aggression is not going to attract customers. Will not be back.

I ordered $50 worth of sub sandwiches to be picked up the day before Christmas Eve. I specifically ask for lettuce, tomato and onion, as well as condiments (that we normally have gotten with the sandwiches in the past), and I was assured it would be included. Someone picked the sandwiches up for me otherwise I would have complained at the time of pick up, but there was none of the above included. As well as the fact that the sandwiches were falling apart inside the container. The price of the sandwiches had gone up significantly, which I wasn’t surprised about because the price of everything has, but I was very disappointed overall.We will not be ordering sandwiches from the deli again.

Open the damn self checkouts... by all means please have regular checkouts open as well for people with alot of stuff, but to only have 2 self checks open when 1 employee used to watch over 6+ is beyond stupid.... I come to grab a couple things we shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes cause all the lanes are packed.. I'm close to just not shopping walmart anymore cause they have 0 clue what they are doing

The parking lot was horrible. Carts getting stuck. I slipped and hurt my ankle. Manager Ron didn't care when I called just kept repeating over and over without allowing me to speak that they are doing what they can and their company didn't show up. Unacceptable!!! Ron should NOT BE A MANAGER!! He doesn't know how to speak to customers or their safety in or on the property. The entrance is FULL of water. Need more rugs. Smh. Walmart corp please care about your disabled customers

Absolutely love going here for off the wall items and things for my kids especially for birthdays and whatnot. I gotta say they have really improved in their selection of clothes too, found some stuff that's name brand and affordable! Service has gotten better since their remodel and the staff is a little more helpful then they use to be that being said the Walmart here is improving.

Went in at 9:30pm, when we went to check out at 10:40 with our $600 dollar order the cashier was visibly pissed & rude thru the whole transaction. I work alot & was only time I had & was not happy with ending my day spending that kind of money to have someone be rude as hell to me. The whole staff at this location is not been friendly won't return.

Walmart is Walmart. Everyone has their own opinions on their Walmart shopping experiences. Some of mine have been easy, fun, quick, etc etc .......and some have been absolutely terrible. Various factors come into play at the time/end of the day.

Getting really tired of having to show my receipt when I leave the store. If they are that worried about people stealing then maybe they shouldn’t have self checkouts and actually hire checkers and put them to use.In the self check outs you are being watched and what you scan or if you miss a scan! It is very annoying! Please stop! It’s a joke!! 😡😡😡😡 from a very angry customer!!!!

Use this Walmart for prescriptions and other WM items when visiting Wahoo area, 5 or 6 times a year. Excellent location, worth a few extra miles.

I understand that everything is going to Self-checkout, but I figured “at least we won’t have to stand in line for 20 min waiting for an underpaid cashier at an understaffed store.”WRONG!This Walmart has around 30 self-checkout machines. 8 of them were open. Back to long waits @ the checkout again! BONUS! I get to wait 15 min to do the job you used to pay people to do! WTH, Walmart? You already saved a couple pennies by getting rid of all those cashiers! You couldn’t keep a few of them around to watch the self-checkout lines?I can’t believe I have to do YOUR job at checkout AND I have to waste time standing in line to do it?Old Sam would be ashamed. Probably. Oh hell, how would I know? Still that is terrible service.There is a long list of business practices Walmart should be ashamed of, and now we can add this to it.Boo.

I won't shop inside the store ,they want you to shop and be the cashier with no benefit to the customer. But their online order and pick-up lanes are awesome.

This store is ridiculous. It’s only self checkout now, products are always in different places because they want to rearrange the store every month. Employees are rude as usual. They even have the audacity to harass you for a 5 star review on the self checkouts even though you’re the one doing all the work. Also they harass you for the receipt which is a waste of time because they just glance at it for 2 seconds and you’re on your way. There’s know way they check the receipt thoroughly, so it’s just a waste of time when you want to leave. The auto shop is a joke. I shop at bakers now.

Customer service was non existent had to wait for almost 40 minutes before someone came. Saw an employee walk up and down the aisle in front of the registers. I got the worker shortage but customer service should be the one area that should have a personnel at all times. As you can see lights off and empty.

This review is for the online order fulfillment department. They really have gone above and beyond to make ordering and picking up items easy. I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the associates who delivered my order & even at their busiest time of day, they went out of their way to ensure I had an item that was missed from a previous pickup.

Messy store, hard to get help & hard trying to find what I was trying to buy! Ended up not spending money as I had no help finding anything, isn't being carried in store, & lack of sizes. Hard to navigate store since the aisles were blocked & being rearranged at 7pm on a Saturday.

The store was fine...but the Subway shop was pathetic. Had to ask the food preparer to change gloves after handling currency at the register . Much more just sad.

Nice store In all but at the electronics counter the employee was helping some people out but when I got to the front she didn’t see me at first because she had turned to some other customers but I thought it was my turn. When I said something she loudly exclaimed in a frustrated tone a word that I do not want to repeat. At the same time she took her ear piece out and I assumed something went wrong with it but it made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I quickly walked away so that I wouldn’t disturb her any further and bought a similar product in a different part of the store and used the self check out. Nice store other than that.

Greatful for the cashier's at registers!! Always appreciated.Please make sure you do not double ring items up and have the customer on crutches have to go straight to customer service to be reimbursed for your mistake! Especially after saying you already rung it up, not our fault you didn't check the whole receipt!! :(05/05/2024🙏🏻 Hopefully it doesn't take long to be refunded.

Its walmart, nothing special, does seem well stocked and usually fairly clean, it gets busy though, and of course there are no actual cashiers and half the self checkouts are always closed. But what do we really expect anymore?

The closest friendly regional walmart. Wish they had longer hours. Great employees. Murphy gas on other side of parking lot -super close. Located on edge of town. Plenty of parking.

They have all those self check outs and only a handful are open and maybe 2 take cash. Plus the clerks at the self checkouts ask to rate them for not helping. Employees point or tell you what aisle the product is in instead of helping you find it.Update: has not changed at all.

LOVE how clean everything was! The shelves were stocked and FRIENDLY people wherever you turned! I may just go the extra miles to purchase from here again! So much better than the one closer to me!! Great job!!
