Horrible, Lazy PeopleShowed up at 8:38 pm to have my propane bottles filled. Was told by the women at the counter it was closed. I went out to my truck and requested a propane fill since the app says propane is available until 9:00 pm. When the guy comes out he just flat out refuses to fill my bottles. Then another guy comes out and I show him the time on the app but he doesn't care. I drove a long ways to get my propane filled. This is false advertising and TSC owes me $40.00. You lost a loyal customer today.

Being a farm/ag store you should be able.to honor a farm/ag tax exempt instead of.the customer leaving without getting what they need. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On 10/9/23 I bought a $500+ grill from the Fremont Store. Shawna, the clerk was great. When I tried it out only 3 of the 6 burners would work so I called the store and Jena B. answered and helped get the issue resolved and helped me unload and load the grill. What a great team they were --both super helpful. I have shopped there before but not as first choice -- now it will be first choice.

Staff was very helpful. They approached me a couple times to inquire if I needed assistance and walked me to the items I was looking for. Other stores it is difficult to make eye contact, or receive more than a vague description of where the item may be.

Be cautious what you drive. I'm in a minibus that I'm converting to an RV...After shopping I spent about an hour putting things away in my minibus... and had the Police pounding on my door telling me I needed to move on. A (store bought) orange sticker stuck on my windshield right in my field of vision which had a time written in sharpie from a half hour prior. I had to remove it with a razor scraper.I called the manager and in an abrupt (why are you wasting my time) manner was told he didn't know anything about it, and it was likely the property owner. No "sorry this happened". Nothing. Didn't care.Tractor Supply - don't reply to this. If you want to make it right, contact me directly. Otherwise, you're wasting my time.And:Hopefully, the substantial monies I've spent in just the past year will be enough. Because this is the 2nd time a manager (Denham Springs, La) treated me as inconsequential.I am kind to everyone. This entire situation was wrong. I won't be shopping at any of your stores again.

They have a great selection of whatever you want. I picked up rabbit food and a tire gauge and oil for the car all in one spot. Friendly staff makes it easy to find what you need.

Drove over an hour to pick up a stove that said was available online. Get to the store and it has a post-it note on it with someone's name saying that they have reserved it for buying tomorrow......store manager says they are going to wait to sell it, and I look and the stove is still available for purchase online.....poor business practice, poor customer service....I believe in stores reserving things for buyers but do not still have it listed as available online.An hours worth of gas both ways wasted.

I went in looking for a pet play pen.I was looking around for the pet play pen, in the animal/pet supplies, i wound up finding some great pet toys and catnip.I'd asked an associate working if he knew where and if there were any of what I was asking about, he replied i haven't seen them here, and i said well, online it says Tractor Supply carries them.So, he mentioned that there are dog kennels, so, he and i walked over to the next aisle, and i saw the dog kennels, i then happened to look above them, and there they were, the play pens, he and i both laughed as i found them, i said to him, you're welcome, now you know where they are.He then said me, i work and know more of the plumbing area supplies.I asked his name, and he looked at me a little puzzled, like, are you going to turn me in.He answered my question, his name is Cameron.I said to him, i like to know your name, and who I'm talking to that's all, he looked a lot more relaxed then.I'd asked him a few things about actual Tractor supplies, and i mentioned a box blade for a tractor, as i had earlier this summer purchased a Massey Ferguson tractor, we went outside, and he showed me the box blade asking me are you interestedin a 5' or 6' box blade i chose the 6 foot one (not a bad price either).He also had shown me the area for hydraulic fluid and gear oil, as the Massey Ferguson will need service soon.Then he went on to inform me, i could put it onA Layaway plan.So i wound up getting a TSC card with options of 5% back on purchases or no payment or interest for 18 months (which Amanda) helped me out with at the register.I paid for the pet supplies and playpen and was on my merry way.Thank you for all if your help and knowledge.I'll be back to pickup my box blade soon.

I like shopping here and recently bought a badboy mower (last year). They are helpful when you need it and stay out of your hair when you don't want or need help. Nearly always a good experience here. I would recommend to anyone.

Went to buy six battery for our truck their price at $124.99 and if you don't have old battery, you will changed $27.00. So we need more went to Boomgard and they have for $104.99 and $20 for your old battery. I was happy to know now. Thank you, customer service and friendly at TSC.

If something is on the shelf for $189.99 and then it rings up at a much higher price You're supposed to sell it to me at that price not refuse to sell it to me and get rude when I try to insist that this is where it's at and I have your employee as a witness watching me get it off the shelf
