yard driver got an attitude for no reason. He want me to get out and wait outside and I didn’t even check in at the shipping office. And where he want me to park is not walkable distance, and it was very cold Then I I explained to him how it works! And he got mad and left. They don’t want the drivers wait in the yard. They let you wait on the street. They also want to put on your vest at all the time.The only good thing is, they do have a clean bathroom by the shipping office.

Well, the reviews are not wrong. I arrived at 12 o’clock and left at 3:30.3 1/2 hours to do a 30 minute job.The guys up here are pretty nice though.

1300 delivery appointment, arrived at 1330 due to construction detour. Given dock right away & they immediately started unloading. Everyone I dealt with was nice & professional, from the yard jockey to those in the office. To those leaving negative comments, you're your own problem.

This place is a joke. They keep the doors locked up so you can’t talk to anyone. Better pack a few meal’s because they don’t get in a hurry.

Slowest peopleTrailer should be clean or you are rejected.They don’t provide broom etc, you have to leave the premises for cleaning. You can’t go into your own trailer. 4 Hrs past and still waiting.Will refuse next time to come here

I called the number listed here on Google Maps and was transferred to shipping. The lady who transferred me was very nice and also made me laugh something everybody could use. They sent me to a dock and had me open my doors, slide tandems, chock wheels, and remove my red airline. It took an hour and they brought my paperwork out to me. The gentleman who gave me my paperwork was also very kind and positive. Thanks guys this was a great experience for me.

Clean and nice to look at, but that's about it.People on the hopper side are lazy, incompetent, uncooperative and just downright unprofessional.Minimum unload time is 3 hours. These people do not watch their computers, cameras or even peek out the window to watch and monitor the process at all.Dry van side has to call them and tell them that theres a truck waiting because they're too lazy to look up at a couple tv screens or even out the door.Doors always locked even though its the only way into the testing/probing area and THATS where the office is.Utterly ridiculous this place.

Ok so everyone has given bad reviews about this place but no one has really said if they arrived at the appointment time or not we got the 24 hr before we had to be but when it was time for the appointment we were done in 2and a half hours clean bathroom nice people

1hr in and FINALLY someone spoke to me. Testing for bulk apparently takes over 1hr. No one gives any instructions. Plant Manager needs to step his game up.

You sit at this place for hours. The lady who is in scheduling, should be fired. She is rude and doesn't do her job. They come get you when they want to, no matter if there hasn't been any trucks unloading. Hate this place!!

I had a good experience here. Checked in 1.5 hrs early and finished within 2hrs. Staff was friendly and professional.

Place is a joke. Extremely slow to unload. Can't find anyone to get paper work. Probed in then sit for hrs. Ridiculous to anyone that has a plan for the day or needing to get to any other scheduled load.

If you come to this place make sure you pack a lunch and get your shower and do whatever you want because it’s gonna take 5 to 10 hours or more to get to either unloaded or drop a trailer

First Nd last visit ..if you going there for pick up plz don’t go there ..I came yesterday for pickup they reject my trailer then m going for repair it ..today m coming again they give me dock Nd after 5 hours waiting they told me your trailer don’t have railing for put strips 😡😡

Make sure you come with clean trailer and expect at least 5 hours of waiting before starting loading or unloading, very slow loading or unloading, try to avoid if you can this place is worse than Walmart distribution

One of the worst places I have ever tried to deliver to don't ever come here unless you bring a lunch truck with you and they don't have trailers just sitting there with the same product as you cause you will be put behind them do not ever come here And if they are ready for you and somebody else pulls in they will unload them before you And the kid that they have unloading trucks is rude and unprofessional You ask for a supervisor he tells you hes busy you continue to ask for supervisor he tells you hes going to tell you the same thing and tells you hes going to tell you to leave This facility is ridiculous
