In October my dr called in an rx. When I called to see if it was ready I was told it would have to be next day as they didnt have it in stock. No problem. It happens. On Nov 14th my dr sent over a refill for that med. They told me it would have to be on nov 22nd because of insurance requirements. No problem, plus i figured it would give them time to order if not in stock. I called on 22nd to see if it was ready and got Colleen. She told me it would have to be the 24th because it wasnt something they stocked. I asked her if this was going to be an every month thing and she said yes because of the medication. Before I could ask how we could fix this she hung up. Im taking my business elsewhere.

They filled a prescription for a generic medication that I had a reaction to, my doctor wrote the script for the name brand that I needed. They shouldn't change a script without notifying a patient. Finally had everything worked out with the insurance and the doctor and the pharmacy messed everything up. Not to mention the money they cost me doing this. This medication isn't cheap! 4 weeks of this process of getting the correct med only to have the pharmacist screw it all up. I have to now wait 10 days for my insurance to approve my med and pay another small fortune for the CORRCT medication. Not coming back here, ever.

There are some really sweet people who work there but some I would never speak to in my life my medication were not filled properly I was supposed to has 90 days worth I was getting 21 days the others where the same way I had to go through my medication with my doctor to get them straightened it was hyvees error due to different doctors

If I could leave no stars I would. I don’t complain often because being in healthcare myself I know how busy we can be however today reassured me the reason we transferred our scripts out of this pharmacy. My child needed an antibiotic and of course your had this, so tried you again. Rx was sent to the pharmacy by 4:00pm. Drove 30 minutes to pick up. Told it will be 30 minutes…here we are 71 minutes later and not ready—but told would be another 30 minutes. I know your a busy pharmacy so with that, your P&L will show you can afford to hire additional staff to help get patients scripts filled in a timely manner. I cannot recommend you to my patients. This is absurd.
