I went for my first time pedal store. I was very impressed how clean it was I was looking for help finding something Nevaeh came and help me. She was so bubbly so happy I was so glad to have her help me find everything I needed. She got me set up with a card. This girl is amazing. I will come back and shop there again.

I came there today to look at furniture, I met this really sweet young lady, I believe her name was Nevaeh, I was able to tell she was having a rough day, I was hesitant to approach her but when I made eye contact her expression immediately changed. She was the sweetest little thing I have every met. Big lots did a hell of a job finding this young lady. She answered every question I had with a heart felt answer, she knows what she is doing and she has the most absolute best customer service I have ever seen on a person. Bug lots, Make this young lady management if you haven't already, I've seen he'd everyday since you've opened and she's always the same, bubbly outgoing person she always is. She deserves a raise, I'm definitely come back just to see her smile💕

This 5 star review solely goes to an employee named “Levi” I met this gentleman out side the store he was wearing the shirt and claimed he worked there. He was able to answer an absurd amount of questions. Some absolutely ridiculous. He kept his composure he didn’t seem to get annoyed at all! He seemed very knowledgeable and was legitimately helpful.A lesser man would’ve most Certainly got short with me and expressed they were annoyed and ditched the situation.Hands down some of the best off the clock help I’ve ever seen. Mad kudos that man.

I've heard a rumor that the reason the store isn't open is due to not offering a decent starting wage. Big Lots mgmt: if u wanna start ur store, you are probably gonna have to offer at least $14 an hour. Any info is greatly appreciated.
