The store in Fremont just lost a $10 purchase due to rude staff in the bakery/deli department. When asked about getting fried chicken, I was told by worker she is only one in area and was moving raw chicken. Too difficult to remove gloves, fill my order and go back to the previous job?

Don't buy eggs thru pick up! Bought 2 dozen in plastic containers only to get home and find 14 out of 24 broken. Tried contacting them after I found this and sent pictures, but with no response. Usually have a good experience with pick up. Disappointed.

I love Bakers not only are the deals amazing but, I also save money on gas too. The employees are always very helpful and kind and their selection of items is fanamanal.

Depending on your purchase, some things are priced well. Others not so much. Baker's does very well with assisting me with my special order I request about every 2-3 weeks. Baker's also has some food options I really enjoy that I can not find anywhere else in town.

Edit: 11/22/2023 as of June 5th 2023 they now accept all forms of contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Wallet. So that is a positive thing. Store is still a bit small but not bad but it does get crowded. OLD review: Since they remodeled this Baker's store, it looks alot more nice than it used to and they seem to keep it pretty clean. Now I've been to many other Baker's and I like how this one looks like a Kroger more than other Baker's. The employees here all seem nice and never had an issues with any of them. The only downside is that its a bit cramped especially in the aisles, so nagivating through the store can be a bit awkward. But they have a good loyalty program that saves you money on many items and on gas too. I just wish they would accept Google Wallet and Apple Pay, but I won't downgrade the rating based on that.

Deli badly supervised. I've had several issues, my favorite was being told they couldn't help me because they had trash to pull. Happened again tonight, easier to just go to Hy-Vee

Jetta the “lead” is the most racist and inpatient person I’ve ever met. Since when sending money to your family for the holidays is suspicious. She didn’t let us send the money and said that it was suspicious, she even asked us to go to Hyvee instead because they aren’t the only store that have Western Union. We called the store manager to complain and he didn’t seem to care either. I don’t understand how a person that treat costumers like that can have a LEAD position.

It's a quality place to shop for groceries... Plus the produce and meat have surprisingly gotten better than they were before and I would have say they'd give Hyvee a run for their money ... Come and see for yourself. You'd be surprised !!!

Great weekly ads, excellent prices, superior customer service, awesome fresh produce, fresh cut meat counter on some beef cuts, steaks & roasts, points on everything you purchase as long as you have a club card, points redeemable on fuel purchase. Great incentives, sometimes 2x or 3x, or 4x fuel points. An awesome shopping experience and they just added a click list online department!

As an ex employee member as well as fellow shopper i can say with a clear conscience that the benefits they provide were decent. and fuel rewards points definitely give incentive for bulk shoppingStore layout decent. The bakery in the back have a variety of food they cook for you and service is a lil slow at first but very nice

Beautiful supermarket! Produce excellent, has most of everything in easy to locate places. Personnel we're all smiling and no wait at checkout. Almost too good to be true. Worth a drive from Omaha just to avoid the crowds.

I have been shopping here my life. Over the past few months I have noticed customer care is going down hill fast. They put more self check outs in and fewer cashiers. I used to love coming here because I shop with my daughter and usually they have good lines open. Today I was in there and 2 cashier lines were open with 5+ deep in those lines. Cashiers complaining about few lines open. It took 30 min to check out. The manager Jeff didn’t seem to care at all. I thought bakers was about customer services, guess not anymore. Time to go to Hyvee where lines are open and cashiers ready to help!

1 cashier working. All else was self checkout. Took 10-15minutes to shop and 20-30 minutes just to check out. Ridiculous

There should really be more than one way to enter and or exit this grocery store. It's super tight and the parking is less than ideal as well. However the inside is clean and bright and they have tons of stuff. It gets congested near the cashiers but they do have a self checkout which makes up for it. The health market is nice, seems like a decent produce section and meat counter. I'm getting used to the stores layout I don't always shop here but I will be more often since I have a gift card to spend here.

I tried multiple times to get someone to assist me. I said excuse me to 2 different workers. One said hold on one minute, walked away and didn't return and the second ignored me. The product I wanted was on the top shelf and I could not reach it. I finally after 15 minutes of waiting for help left. This is the second time this has happened to me. Will only return if I need one thing really quick. Believe it or not I get better service at Walmart

Decent pricing. Just have to watch what you buy if you don't have your card with you. I find it hard to find things with the new layout. Takes me longer to do my shopping as opposed to other grocery store in the area.

I usually stop in to get things on the fly. The way they did have the store setup was quick and easy to find what I needed. I stopped in before work and it took me 20 min just to find a tea. The way the moved things around makes it harder to find everything.

Bakers is always a good choice, if u get the wrong item,bring it back n they happily take it back or replace it. If the check out charges you the wrong price they will happily give it to you for free. 😎

Went there to get some alcohol because our family was camping at fremont lakes and they store layout want confusing. Found sections fast. & they have a mix & match your own 6 pack! I really like having that option.
