I love the vets, vet techs, groomers, just the whole staff, really. I have been taking pets there for years, and they are amazing to them and informative about their treatments. They are compassionate and understanding when "we/people" are panicking, scared, or heartbroken. They are amazing people who care about our furbabies and us as their parents. I can't even list all the amazing things they do and have done for us through the years because this would become a book. My family can't thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do.

I have been here twice with my Pug Mr. Oliver. The ladies working at the front are always so pleasant to talk with, and very helpful. The two vets I have seen have both been amazing, such professionals. I just recently saw Dr. Conroy and I would recommend her for any other person's animals.

The nurses and vet are so very kind and gentle with your pets. You can really tell that they care about any health concerns, and they even let you know when your pet needs to come in for check ups and vaccinations. I trust this clinic with all 3 of my kitties!

We love the staff and how they care for our babes so much we drive from omaha for them. Our girls are never scared when we go in, and the staff are always willing to hop on a call and help us figure out what's wrong, or make sure we get in if it's urgent. We just love it here.

I couldn't be more happy with the care Dr. Lurz and staff have given my 2 Siberian Forest cats over the last couple of years. This breed is a bit different from the avarage domestic. They take 5 years to maturity and can grow quite big! Given this additional information, Dr. Lurz has advised me with the care of my baby floofs with nurturing professionalism.Recently, I have moved to Oregon in preparation to eventually land in Hawai'i. There is a lot of regulation in moving to the islands and again the staff has been wonderful in guiding the process. They have helped others with moving to Hawai'i, so they have the experience available.Lina, Lenny, and I already miss AMC and Dr. Lurz's care. My cats always loved to go visit everyone there while in their stroller. We hope to find this kind of love and care when we get to Hawai'i.Mahalo for everything!! 💗

Between my wife, parents and I we've been taking our pets to Fremont Animal Medical Clinic as long as I can remember (over 20 years). The vets have always been AMAZING but the front of house needs some serious work. Right before Christmas our 15 year old terrier took a turn and it was obvious she needed to be put down. There were signs of some suffering so it wasn't fair to wait any longer then needed. I called the office right at 7:30AM on December 23rd and explained the situation. The girl I spoke with said "I can get you in at 1:30 or 2:45." I explained to her again what was going on thinking maybe she would check with someone to see if there was a chance of getting in that morning. Nope. There wasn't even any empathy or care from her at all. Simply a "not my problem" type attitude. I don't at all think I'm more important then any other appointments but I'm certain other pet owners would be fine waiting a couple of extra minutes for something like this situation. I know I would be. I ended up calling another vet office we had NEVER been to or even talked to. The girl there was great. They were also booked for the morning but put me on hold and checked as she clearly understood the situation wasn't something that should wait. They were able to get us in that morning. Not only did that WHOLE office show care and sympathy that day but they sent a card and did several other things after. It's says A LOT about a place when they rudely turn you away when you need them most after YEARS and YEARS of business yet a "stranger" bends over backwards. We're definitely switching offices and I know my parents are doing the same.

I was kind of upset when I called to ask how much my pets meant was and they told me it was $12 so when I showed up with only $18 on my card I thought it was fine until the lady told me it was $24 it was 12 each and like well that would have been nice to know before I came all the way up here they're not very clear on their specifications I wish they would clear up a little bit but hopefully this was a one-time incident and things will go better from here on out

Absolutely beautiful amazing group of people. My only regret is not trying them sooner, they were an absolute blessing to us 🙏and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in search of a vet. We went in and they treated our Sosa and us like family. I have strictly used only 1 vet since moving to Fremont 16 years ago believing he was the best but after this visit with the Animal Medical Clinic I will not be going anywhere else again. 5 stars all the way !!! ❤

Animal Medical has been outstanding! Dr. Pettit does amazing with our dog Buck. He took time to review notes when we had to take our him to urgent pet care. He called us the next day with his opinion and was very helpful! Dr. Lurz has also helped Buck when Pettit wasn’t in and is just as great! They were so accommodating even though they had no appointments available. I did a drop off when he tore his toenail and she called after working on him with all the details. It is great to know they are there when we need them! Highly recommend!

Everyone was warm & friendly and answered all our questions. Dr. Lurz was fantastic at explaining procedures and what transpired during the surgery! I can't say enough good things about this place. We've taken our dogs here for years and it's been an A+ experience every time. We recently moved to Omaha but still make the trip back because of the quality of service. Dr. Jeri is phenomenal with the dogs, you always feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands and the staff has always been very professional. I'd highly recommend bringing your pets here!
