Update: Air Comfort sent Wes and Russ out to install my new furnace and AC this week. They were professional and very respectful of my home. I work full-time from home and was on several calls and in meetings for a great deal of the time they were working on the installation. They were careful not to cause any disruptions to my work. They were also very considerate of our very anxious rescue dog, who does not do great with new people. Air Comfort has highly trained professionals representing them in the field. I highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs!Holly is professional, knowledgeable, and great at communicating the details of HVAC equipment. She carefully reviewed my current system and provided several options. There was no pressure - just great information. I feel confident in the choice I made to upgrade my 30+ year old system.

Josiah came today for my 6 month inspection. He noticed that my dryer vent had come off and asked if I wanted him to put it back on. I truly appreciate that he did that for me! He was very concise when explaining what he did and how everything looked. Great technician!

Highly recommend very friendly staff, and helpful as well. Anytime I had a question etc they were there to answer my questions. I ended getting a maintenance plan with them and also had my furnace/Coil replaced by them. I am very pleased with the work l. They cleaned up all after themselves after the install. They took their time to install everything correctly.

I just had air comfort install a furnace, water heater and central air. Chris was extremely helpful in helping me with the system set-up. I live in an old building built in 1871 and in the past when i have hired contractors they see that the building is old and they begin to cut corners and acquire the this should be good enough attitude. Not so with Air Comfort. The two installers were professional and from watching them work and the finished install took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Rare in this day and age. My entire family has over the years had them do installs and every time it was done right and with pride in the workmanship. My hat is off to the owners and the crew they have.

Jonathan came out to do a diagnostic on our a/c - furnace system, which frozen over, etc. It was determined that our HVAC system needed to be replaced. Holly J., a very friendly and engaging person, came by and gave us a quote. We choose Air Comfort because of their great service and employees. Russ M., and those that came with him (sorry I don’t have their names to share here) were very professional, considerate and friendly. They removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment with expertise. Once again we have a cool house. Air comfort and their employees are a great resource for all you HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.

We called for a quote, Holly came out the same day. The next day I had the quote. We decided on a Bosch heat pump on Holly’s recommendation. The following day Russ and Gabriel came to install and were kind, professional and efficient. In 3 days everything was installed and our rural 1910 house is cool. My house is any older house so there duct cleaning machine could not suck enought to clean my vents nicely. I didnt notice it the first time they came out but they came out another time and fixed the vents that didnt get cleaned perfectly with as shop vac and a combination of there duct cleaing tool. Super hard workers worked more then a full day to make sure i was satisfied with the final product would recomend to anyone else.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
