I've been to Ace a few times now in the last few weeks to have keys made, for bolts & screws, and other miscellaneous things. Each time I was greeted by one of their friendly staff members and helped right away! The staff really knows their stuff and just makes shopping there so easy! Thanks Ace!

Great store, great associates! I normally have no issues finding what I want, today I apparently woke up clueless. A fine young man saw me wandering aimlessy, asked if he could help me find something. I luckily had a photo of the items with the item number. He looked it up and saved me not only time but also money as I tend to find things to purchase that I don't really need. Very happy with how things turned out!

This is for Ace Hardware in Fremont, NE. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, bought mowers here, odds and ends, paint, tools and lawn items. I couldn't be happier. Dan and his mower / mechanical staff are always great and the great customer service they give is not conditional on a purchase either. Great place and great people.

I can buy all my lawn mowing equipment and maintenance supplies from one place. The guys in the shop will help me figure out mechanical issues if I am able to fix the problem myself otherwise they are good about fixing it. The overall staff is really nice and helpful too.

Friendly knowledgeable helped me out with a tough car key that was finally done right after going to 2 different stores to make a key but after no success Ace helped me out and this hardware store has everything you need small store but personal service is great go here for your hardware needs!!

They generally have an expert that can help, don't ask the register ladies they probably don't know, however they are better than any Walmart I have been to, since covid walmart is terrible

They helped replace a key that we accidentally ran over with our truck, LOL. They also let us borrow a cutting tool in the store to get the keyring off that was all mangled to the point we couldn't remove the pieces we needed to keep.

They have so much Verity from single nuts and bolts to electrical and plumbing! Not to mention home decor and house hold goods! Candy molds and extract to kitchen aid mixer s! Garden center and Christmas lights and trees! They have it all!!

Was looking for some well pipe and fittings the guy acted like I was bothering him from the very start. Didn't listen to what I wanted and told me they didn't have the pipe I needed even before we looked. They did have it.
